15th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)Do not recommend beals, Havant! Was dealing with Kelsey Anne Crimes, wow very rude and unprofessional for a manager. We applied for several flats through beales and didn’t get accepted on any of them, was told we would have support in getting one due to needing to move and our little one being born in 6 weeks but clearly not. We applied for this certain flat and Kelsey said she had sent our application off to the landlord and was waiting to hear back. My partner then called again 2 days later to find out nothing had been sent off, I then asked for the general managers details so I could contact them to be then phoned up and shouted at down the phone and hung up on by Kelsey and no details given. Was then told before they closed that we was unsuccessful which we already knew. Thanks for your help beals, Havant. All we wanted was a home for our family. Won’t be using them again.

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)This was our 4th estate agent after being disappointed with our previous ones, Morris Dibben proved to be the right choice all the staff are very professional and work really hard to get a buyer and keep you informed. Always friendly and jolly would recommend and use again. Thank you all you achieved our dream of moving house.
20th Mar 2024 (18 weeks ago)If you can help it, don't use this agency. The first week I moved in, the fridge broke and all my food went bad - when I reported this and a shower problem to one of the staff, I was told in a rude tone that "I shouldn't complain since these things happen" despite the fact that they had time to fix these issues before I moved in as no one had been living there for some time. I rented a property through them for 3 years, and throughout that time the building had leak issues, including damp, mould and others. At one point it was essentially niagra falls coming through a leak in the front room which damaged a part of the room. Throughout a year and a half, I consistently emailed/contacted about this problem. It took me threatening to not pay rent before something was done, otherwise I was essentially left to deal with it which was particularly hard through winter. There was maybe one member of staff who was genuinely helpful, but trying to get consistent contact was difficult. The other staff didn't always respond, or else ignored messages I sent. Despite being a consistent paying tenant, I was eventually kicked out as a new landlord had bought the property and clearly wanted to rent out the flats for a much higher rate, which I don't think would be worth it considering the level of damage the building has. Unprofessional, at times rude, unhelpful and don't care about your wellbeing so long as they get paid.

Darren and his team were all very professional with very good communication and feedback throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I would certainly use them again the future! First class service - thank you!
18th Jun 2024 (6 weeks ago)A big thank you to all at Jeffries, Havant. We have just moved in to our new home and the whole process was relatively easy and stress free. We had our first offer at the beginning of January and have just moved in on 14th June. We were kept informed at each stage and everyone was polite, kind and helpful. We mainly dealt with James, Rob, Jade, Liv and Jodie and they were all great. If I ever had to move again in the future, I wouldn't hesitate about using Jeffries again! Thank you all again. Ben and Sophie :)

We bought one house and sold two with them and every single time they went above and beyond. Communicating everything at every step and chasing everyone. When difficulties arose, they suggested creative solutions to overcome those and get to the finish line. I wouldn't work with anybody else.

He knew the local solicitors and kept me upto date with the progress before my own solicitor advised me. He allowed me to view the property as many times as I wanted and never made me feel a nuisance…. Which I think I was … Thank you Tim as you made the purchase of my new property as stress free as possible
18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Nothing has been too much problem, they are knowledgeable and kept us fully informed at all times. We were treated as part of the Barnards family. 23rd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)I had a great experience purchased via Taylor Hill & Bond. Lorna was efficient in getting us booked in to view the property & with the negotiations. Jules & James were also great with the progression, ensuring both sides were chased up constantly to apply the pressure needed to ensure the sale progressed very quickly. Thank you all for your help. We now have our new home in time for summer which we are really thankful for!

Having now completed the sale I could honestly recommend his outstanding service to others looking for a professional, very well organised and friendly agent. We received first class service at all levels of communication which were met with immediate response and answered by Steve in person, leaving us feeling as though we were VIP clients! Full marks to Steve and his team for the energy and effort that provides this level of service and expertise.
