25th Nov 2025 (14 days ago)The team at Davis Tate Pangbourne did a superb job with selling my house - it had been on the market with two other agents previously & not sold but it was under offer within a matter of days with Davis Tate. The team are really friendly, knowledgeable & professional (they were the only agency to turn up on time when I was meeting agents to put the house on the market). They made the whole process really straight forward & easy. Would highly recommend them!

Sarah Thomas gave similar advice to the other agents, but was more personable and appeared to have better knowledge of the area and the local market conditions. After appointing Romans the team kept me informed of progress each week. Sarah had indicated she would find a proceedable buyer close to the asking price within three weeks - she did just that. The whole sale process was easy for me, I live in Cornwall and needed an agent that would do everything for me. Sarah was supported by Hannah Russell through the process. I’m very happy with the service they both proved and would use Romans again

10th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a viewing scheduled at 3:30, but the agent was over 11 minutes late without any prior communication. When contacted, the agent attempted to deceive me about their arrival time. I understand that delays can occur however it's unacceptable to be dishonest about it. This lack of professionalism and honesty reflects poorly on the agency's service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with them.

We spoke with both Ben and Simon and they were both so personable, efficient and kept a fabulous level of communication. I highly recommend Randalls Residential and a massive thank you to Ben and Simon for everything!
13th Nov 2025 (26 days ago)Avoid this company, they are con artists. We rented through them in Wokingham for 18 months or so. Everything started ok but when things started breaking in the house like the washing machine Martin and co completely avoided getting it fixed or replaced (took 4 months to get a working washing machine) they use companys to fix things that they are obviously recieving cash from as a back hander and the companys aren't fit for purpose. Some of the workman will just call and say I'm in your home do you know where the fuse board is without being told they're going round and when you ask Martin and co they say the workman Weren't supposed to be round your house (so why did they give them a key). Very poorly run company. No respect for tenants. Couldn't be bothered to get anything sorted. But if rent was late by a day they'd be on the phone chasing you. Avoid this company.

Rebecca and Julie were extremely tentative to all of our needs - they showed us only relevant properties and did not spam us with everything they had on offer. Within a span of 3 days we had viewed and signed all relevant documents, and were on track to close out the tenancy! We walked away with exactly what we wanted, with no fuss and great satisfaction from everything Property Assistant could offer! Thank you Julie and Rebecca!!

Navigating what turned out to be a really difficult process, he was always there with invaluable advice and unwavering support that helped keep us sane!! Ollie worked tirelessly to ensure we reached exchange and completion, demonstrating immense dedication every step of the way. We particularly appreciated his honesty and upfront communication, especially after experiencing incorrect information from others. His integrity and commitment made all the difference. If you’re looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares and puts in the effort, look no further than Ollie. He’s a true gem in the industry!

Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.
