6th Mar 2019 (5 years ago)WORST AGENCY in Reading, First they charge commission for every service, but their after service is very poor. They don't treat their customers nicely at all, Also once you check out the property they will charge plenty of amount randomly which is non deniable. They will charge you with check out charge, even if the room is clean they charge minimum of 50GBP. They will harass and take a lot of money once you check out. I paid 81GBP FOR THIS ATTACHED BELOW. THEY WILL CHARGE BUT THEY WILL NOT CLEAN OR PROVIDE THAT SERVICE TO THEIR NEXT CUSTOMER.
23rd Jul 2024 (4 days ago)After dealing with a terrible estate agent we used Knights in the end. Their communication was great and we sold fairly quickly although had to take a drop in value. We also viewed lots of properties through them. Scott was particularly helpful.
4th Jul 2024 (23 days ago)Worst tenancy experience!! Moved into a lovely property which is unfortunately managed by agency itself (Usman Quadri). All emails and contact ignored for months - refuse to provide landlord details despite doing nothing themselves considering they’re supposed to be managing the property and furthermore do not provide me with keys to access my top up meters telling me to try my luck with neighbours which leaves me living in an uninhabitable property with no electricity for days at a time. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS AGENCY. As they will completely ignore you and any concerns regarding safety (completely broken front door lock) as soon as they receive their money

What really impressed me was their individual care of me and attention to detail. He convinced us he would be able to sell our house, he was very professional, in fact the whole team at AH Lansley were very professional. They kept you updated from the time of viewings, then feedback after the viewings. Lauren did the viewings and kept us informed all the way along. Would not hesitate to recommend A H Lansley to all my friends
22nd May 2024 (9 weeks ago)This is the most unprofessional lettings agency I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I should have known things were awry when they referred me to their sister branch to sign the contract as they didn't have a lettings agent then. The property was not cleaned before my moving in. That was the first red flag that stood out to us. Once I needed to have a leak in the kitchen sink repaired but it never happened despite my notifying Parkers Burghfield Common multiple times. They told me that they would do quarterly property inspections (which is excessive to begin with) and then said to me that they'd visit every two months. If anything, this whole experience has been the motivation I needed to keep building the deposit for my first home. Guess who I won't be buying my first home through?

Ollie came to value our house that we had lived in for over 25 years and made the difficult decision to put our house on the market much easier. Danny was brilliant throughout our sales process and we achieved a price for our house that we were very happy with. Then Kev helped to get us over the line to completion. Thanks for all your hard work. I must also mention Janine at Lamb Brooks, who was extremely helpful in getting our sale and purchase finalised. She is very professional and was always quick to answer any questions that we had.

I have worked with many estate agents over the years and I can quite honestly say that I was impressed with Simon’s professional approach and attention to detail. Throughout the process he kept my daughter well informed about the progress, he did a good job of communicating any issues that came up and skillfully facilitated communication between all parties. I can recommend his company to anyone purchasing or selling if you want to get a bespoke service that is better than what is usually provided by larger firms.- 9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)We met Charlie Hill and his team when we bought our house through Charlie a few years ago. 10th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)I had a viewing scheduled at 3:30, but the agent was over 11 minutes late without any prior communication. When contacted, the agent attempted to deceive me about their arrival time. I understand that delays can occur however it's unacceptable to be dishonest about it. This lack of professionalism and honesty reflects poorly on the agency's service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with them.
