Both Christine and Carol were very professional and great to work with particularly in overcoming some of the issues around our sale that held things up somewhat. We will definitely use them again if and when we decide to move. James was also very helpful when he was required to assist.
16th Nov 2018 (6 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
31st Jan 2022 (3 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

27th May 2024 (10 mo. ago)I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. The price we were valued at was also well above the price we sold for, but as I said finding a buyer was the main thing!

22nd Feb 2023 (2 years ago)Jamie Turner (Morgage Advisor) based at Fox and sons Lancing has been exceptional throughout the process of selling and buying my new property. He has gone above and beyond assisting with my sale and then helped secure and negotiate the purchase. The Mortgage and financial advice I have received has been fundamental for me to proceed. Jamie continues to assist with the mortgage offer and keeps me updated regularly. I have found the whole process alot less stressful as Jamie has been communicating and advising throughout. Jamie is professional and conscientious , I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying a property.
9th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)I have lived in a property that they managed for 4 years. They were very organised and professional from the start. Every year electricity checks were done, to keep us safe and every year they would contact us to renew the contract in a timely manner. When I was asked to leave the property (due some work that had to be done, for safety reasons) they gave me plenty of time to plan my move and after I moved, they returned my deposit within a good amount of time. Thank you, Adam and the owner of the house. I have great memories in that flat and thanks to you, none were bad memories. Thanks for your professionalism, work ethic and integrity.

Ed was our main contact but all the team were efficient, friendly, professional and kept us informed at all times of viewings and responses. It really felt like we were one team working to the same goal. They got us lots of viewings and sold the house at our price expectation with minimum fuss. I’d happily use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Poor quality viewers and don’t seem to be vetted properly, had to provide Own photos and deal with viewings myself and yet charged the 1.5% commission rate. Valuation completely innacurate and had to lower the price twice due to unfamiliarity of the local market. Never will i go for an online estate agency based in the north. That aspect of it should not be allowed. Potentially wasted 2 months of mortgage without rent due to poor level of standards from EXpress Agency. Had my house to sell as well and told them outright, I would never consider them again.
