28th Jun 2025 (11 days ago)Doing a simple search on GetAgent produced a shortlist of suitable Estate Agents for the sale of our home. It was particularly useful as it came up with useful statistics that otherwise would not have been available to us. After my wife met Lydia White, she was most impressed with her positive can do attitude from the outset so on that basis we instructed them. Within a few weeks we had some viewings and a reasonable offer. It's still relatively early days, although the signs are that the sale could go through relatively quickly.
20th Jun 2025 (19 days ago)I cannot recommend the team at Connells in Redhill enough. Mark and his colleagues were professional helpful and friendly. My house was sold within days following multiple viewings and several offers. I was kept informed throughout the sale process and they were always available to answer any queries I had. If you are selling your house do not hesitate to instruct Connells, you won't be disappointed.

From our first conversation, he was professional, respectful, approachable, and incredibly helpful. Our property viewing with Blake went very smoothly, he was patient with us and answered the questions we had. His communication was always clear and timely, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as it could be. We were able to complete the purchase, despite several issues faced. We truly love our home. We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent – highly recommend!
19th Jun 2025 (20 days ago)It says a lot about an estate agent when you still remember your great experience as a buyer, so more than 15 years later there is no hesitation about who you use to sell the property when it’s time to move on. Even more remarkable in this business is when you can have the same person look after you after all that time - thanks Emma! If you are buying, you will always be looked after by the team, not least because of their incredible knowledge of the local areas not just the property market! If you are selling, others will make rash claims, but the devil is in the detail and the team at Robert Leech get that right. None of the tardy grammar or spelling that sadly are so prevalent in the particulars or marketing materials from other in the town - look closely at what other agents produce, it tells a story! Our own experience selling was great - viewings were handled magnificently, with a personable rather than pushy style but always with diligent feedback and follow up. Take a look at some of the social media content for sales that the team produce and voice over themselves and you will feel that enthusiasm coming through. Post sale agreement, some agents consider their work done, but Lisa really excelled here. Having closed the sale, she worked extremely hard with our buyer to deal with really difficult players elsewhere in the chain. Without her professionalism, determination and wise counsel, it would have been entirely possible that we didn’t make it through to exchange. Do speak to other agents in the area, but if you want to work with real people who also value you as well as your home sale or purchase, there really isn’t a better option in the area.
28th Jun 2025 (11 days ago)So happy that we chose Fox & Sons with such an important step as buying a house. All of the team members were polite and really nice to us. From the beginning we had a consultation with Robert, where he clearly explained everything, answered for all our questions (really big amount of questions), recommended the best options for us and even after this, he was staying in touch all the time when we had any troubles. Also Abigail, incredible girl that was working with really big number of our documents, she over explained everything, helped in every step and in stressful situations made us feel calm, even though it was not part of her duties. And Kaan, he answered extremely fast for our emails and when we came to the office without an appointment, helped, explained everything and gave us the best recommendations. We really appreciate everything you have done for us, guys, you’re the best team and the best agency that we could ever find!
25th Jun 2025 (14 days ago)We are absolutely fed up with this estate agent. The initial buyer had serious legal issues with selling his property, and, as a result, we wasted 5 months to get nowhere. Not once did they advice us as professional estate agents that we should re market the house, especially during April and May when the market peaks. Nor can I as second beneficiary of our estate get a response to any queries I have sent or even an update on the status quo from them. They have now found 2 other potential buyers, and, as was the first time round, take an extremely passive role in moving things forwards. My brother, who lives in the UK and is handling the sale, cannot get a straight answer as to whether or not the buyers are for real this time because the estate agent is perpetually in a state of 'waiting for someone to get back to us'. I think whoever is saying that these guys are good communicators and are motivated sellers must be the agents personal friends or something. This has been the opposite of our experience with these people. I am now insisting that we change our estate agent and let someone with a little more enthusiasm and with more professionalism take over. A very disappointing waste of time!!!

Jasmine was extremely proactive and reactive with managing the sale of our house. We received great support with any queries or questions we had (of which there were many!). We were even offered guidance on properties we were offering on and support also. This guidance really helped us navigate this process. He was accessible nearly all the time (viewings and meetings permitting) and was quick to respond to queries. He also had a great relationship with our buyer and the buyer's solicitor, which greatly helped the process.
