My property was under offer even before the photographer showed up. My solicitor and other agents also commented how pleasant it was dealing with them. Excellent service level; can't recommend them highly enough.

The most important value about them is that they really understood our needs and worked towards them accordingly. Their constant search for the right property, commitment and communication helped us to find our first home as a young family. We would definitely recommend working with Salomon, that’s what we would do if we wish to purchase a property in the future. TM
3rd Apr 2024 (26 days ago)Moving homes is a stressful, exhausting and emotional process. Or can be. With ea2 Wapping, they reduced the stress from Day1. Cody found and secured our new tenancy agreement; many things can go wrong when negotiating but his interpersonal skills leveraged relationships well. On move day the transition and support from Laura and Sam were exceptional. Such a great job, we are enormously grateful.

18th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Hi all, If your reading this your probably considering a property with cubix or for cubix to manage your property - just avoid cubix at all costs for your own sake. I stayed in a flat with cubix for 1 year. I don't know where to start of the issues we had with them. There was just too many. A example, before we moved into the flat - we was ensured the flat would be professionally cleaned. We was abit worried as we seen mould and dirt within the inventory report but we was assured all will be cleaned by professionals and they will use high quality cleaning products. We moved into a very dirty flat such as food marks and stains in the kitchen, table, cobwebs around, hair. The flat was just not cleaned at all. I had to contact them and send pictures which it took more than 2 weeks to get a cleaner out. I was happy to know a professional cleaner is coming and I can be around..... the "professional cleaner" came in which was a young man in jeans, couldn't understand English and had only a backpack with him containing 2 sprays. Just a complete joke They are very unprofessional, if you want anything done or help with anything - you have to chase them more than once. Raste is the only person who can sort any problem and the team all seem clueless to what's going on. Glad I have nothing to do with them anymore. The landlord also changed agencies to manage his flat.

21st Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I’ve recently used Terence and Jamie for both a sale and purchase transaction and would thoroughly recommend them. There’s no pressure, hard sell.. They’re extremely knowledgeable about the local area and really nice guys to boot. We had WhatsApp chats for updates/arranging bookings etc which worked really well. They also kept things running really smoothly in terms of progress to exchange and completion with the various parties involved. I was previously using a big chain on my sale before instructing Strickland and the difference in terms of experience was light and day. Thanks Guys!

Their questionable practices have made the situation incredibly challenging, potentially necessitating legal intervention, which only exacerbates the issue. While it's true that sellers have the autonomy to choose their solicitors, it's reasonable to expect processes in place to ensure they select reputable ones, especially considering the control exerted over buyers to prevent withdrawal before the exchange. On a positive note, Nick/Jamie provided exceptional support and assistance throughout the entire process, even extending his help beyond completion. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to others and would certainly engage with them again in the future, terms and conditions apply*.
