When I am in the US, it is important to me that my property in the UK is managed professionally and at a reasonable cost. Oliver Burn and Aldo-Marco, their Senior Property Management & Accounts Manager is on-it, both for routine and/or exceptional circumstances. Importantly, Oliver Burn support my tenants so that my property is looked after. If you are looking for property management, especially when out of the country, I recommend Oliver Burn.
18th Feb 2026 (15 days ago)I’ve had a very positive experience with Winkworth Estate agents and specifically Ellie Morgan. Ellie has been exceptional and has helped me with quite a few flat viewings. She understood exactly my needs and filtered the available flats the agency had been currently letting to accommodate my requirements and finally managed to book the ideal flat to rent! Very quick to respond, friendly and helpful and I’m very happy I chose this agency with Ellie’s guidance!
18th Feb 2026 (15 days ago)Editing my review as Pedder have mentioned they don’t have a record of my details.<br><br>I made an enquiry on Saturday to arrange a viewing about a property I saw in the branch window that I was not able to see details of online. I gave my name and number and name and number of my father in law. I was told we would be contacted on the Monday. This never happened<br><br>I called again on Tuesday to arrange a viewing. I was not called back again but luckily my in laws were close enough to come down to the branch face to face. Whilst there they were told they did not receive my or my father in laws details (despite me handing over this information twice over the phone and I gave detailed information of name, address, email and phone number, as I was told this was needed to register). My mother in law saw the details on a post it note on the desk of the sales assistant and pointed this out. Up until this point all in all having to chase a viewing quite a lot and giving over details multiple times to register was not especially frustrating but it did come across as not very professional or organised. I would not have written this post were it not for the accumulation of the above and the following.<br><br>During the viewing it was disappointing that the senior sales manager knew nothing about the property; every question asked, they had no idea and although they apologised and said they were new, I wondered why we were not viewing this property with someone who did actually know or at least in this day and age, could they have not had the details to hand on their internal system that could have been pulled up. They also mentioned sending us the details by email but this was not received either. Additionally, could they have not done their research beforehand? During the viewing they did not know which keys were for which door etc. This all seemed very disappointing as a first encounter with Pedder, and unlike any other estate agent I have used before.<br><br>Not particularly impressed with the first impressions here.

You get a real live human experience with someone always available on the phone and mainly Justin or Victoria ( the owners) themselves and always a call back same day. They know south west z London like the back of their hands and are a long established estate agent. Excellent communication between buyer and seller and importantly very good sales photos - the photographer really did my house justice showing the property at its very best. Use them you will thank the stars !! They were recommended to me.
