She was warm, encouraging, and genuinely reassuring at what could have been a pretty stressful time. Communication was quick and clear, and she was always responsive and happy to offer advice along the way. Dealing with the team was easy and straightforward from start to finish. Thanks to Emma, we ended up in the perfect rental place and couldn’t be more grateful. Would happily recommend Hamptons Dulwich to anyone looking to rent in the area.

What stood out most was the additional support they provided by sharing insights and promoting through social media, which was invaluable during such a difficult market. Their commitment to quality and personal service really shone through and gave us confidence every step of the way. On a personal note, we are very grateful to have been introduced to Hunters which was an extremely difficult time for us. 19th Jan 2026 (21 days ago)My experience with Oaks was not a positive one. Communication is seriously lacking at Oaks; viewings were cancelled and I wasn't informed for 3 out of 4 viewings. I had to chase them for feedback and updates. It was when they reduced the listing price without consent from either owner that drove us to list with another agent. The trust and faith in Oaks was gone after that.

They have a thorough vetting process and more.... so well done!! 8 years later! After all these years of managing my flat, they have just successfully sold my flat for me.
