6th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)We had a few viewings from them, there was an offer put in for the house mid December 2023. Client had over £200k of deposit. They pushed us to get solicitor etc buyer was ready to go. We did that at start of January 2024.We heard nothing, no even mention of Survey, until we pushed on 05/03/24,there was NO response. then the agent said they were arranging survey, under valued house by £100k, valued at standard 3 bed house. They got another survey arranged, this was then valued at £40k under. The Buyer should not have been allowed to view the property if they could NOT afford the property. I sent a message on 23/03/24 with drawing the property with them as they had wasted 4 months.. we had another offer from a different agent also in Dec but as we had accepted the offer from Scotts we went with them. Big mistake !!!

It has been 2 years since we connected with Connels and each time we needed to change our house, they helped us through and through. Before our contract got finished with our previous house, they managed to get us even more better house to let which suited all of our necessities and requirements. They made our move so easy and comfortable that we did not have to go through any hassle. Really appreciate the team and highly recommend their service.

Not only are its fees competitive and fair, I am also impressed by the professional standards and excellent efficiency of its staff and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this particular firm to potential landlords looking for agents. In particular, I highly commend the services provided by their Mr Rowan Mohan who was outstanding from the very outset. While handling the rental of my London apartment, he was very helpful, committed and resourceful. There was robustness in his advertising outreach and attentiveness in keeping me updated on a regular basis. As a result, he was able to secure a number of viewings and even fast turn-around.

Their proactive approach has ensured that everything runs smoothly, and I am truly grateful for their professionalism and outstanding service. Adding my review post move in - Izzy (Current property manager helping me in initial Adhoc requests) is really helpful from day one when we moved in this property. During that time, she have been highly professional, communicative and consistent. When things went wrong, Izzy was always there to sort things out for example assisting and helping us with WiFi new connection, boiler installation and many more. I would highly recommend Izzy and Romans for the quality of work and assistance they deliver to new tenants.

5th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)Hope this feedback will help other buyers. We wanted to put offer for one of propertie and given all our personal details with financial avidance. However, one of manager didn't bother to reply us back after week. We have to contact the office and find out that, the property has been accepted offer from others buyer. Personally I feel unprofessional and lack of customer service. Not a good experience.
