Felt like getting blood out of a stone about visitor views, activity, pricing and other questions that were not fully answered. Lost confidence in their ability to sell our property. Very unsatisfactory experience.

24th Sep 2023 (7 mo. ago)I strongly advise against engaging with this company. My mother, a retired individual, had a regrettable experience with them. They initially presented her with a contract specifying a certain value but later issued invoices with a different amount, contradicting the agreed-upon terms. I possess all the invoices that clearly indicate the agreed-upon price of £850, including statements indicating zero pounds in arrear rents. Despite maintaining up-to-date rent payments as evidenced by the invoices, the company attempted to claim rent owed from five years ago when they decided to terminate her lease. This situation has left me contemplating legal action against them. Furthermore, the company's office appears disorganized, which raises concerns about their property management practices. The person in charge, Shirley, exhibits an unprofessional and intrusive demeanor , often resorting to sarcasm as a means of communication.

I would thoroughly recommend Angela's services in the buying and selling of property. Angela provides an excellent service and cheerfully goes the extra mile for her clients. I am very happy to give a five star review. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I were to buy and/or sell in the area again. Thank you Angela it was a genuine pleasure doing business with you.

22nd Dec 2021 (2 years ago)I cannot say enough about V&H Homes and specifically Maria at the Ashtead Branch. While they are a smaller independent agent, they will absolutely give you the personalized service that an independent can provide. Give those big estate agents in Surrey a miss, take your business to V&H. The communication throughout the process was exemplary, the dedication to getting the sale was second to none. We had tried to sell previously with the usual suspects in Surrey and none of them could get the sale and it seemed hopeless, V&H got it done in 10 days! There were many times in our sale where things got rocky and Maria went well over and above day in and day out to ensure that everything went through. I truly believe that if we had went with another big establishment high street agent that our sale would not have happened. While Maria was absolutely amazing, we also had interactions with the other associates at Ashtead V&H Homes. When Maria was out of office our file was well looked after, the service didn’t slip at all which is very rare in a sales situation. As I said at the beginning of this review, I really can’t say enough about Maria and V&H. These days reviews are either 5* or 1* and it’s getting more and more difficult to sift through them to make a decision. This is 100% a genuine 5* review. Were there issues in the sales process, of course there were, we were selling a house. But it wasn’t about the issues, it was about how they were handled, the speed at which they were handled, and the fact that when something came up we were never left to worry, V&H were always just a phone call or e-mail away. Thank you so much Maria and V&H Homes for the personalized service and all the time and effort that you spent on our file. We absolutely owe our sale and the fact that we are snugly in our new home all to you! Very best regards, Danny

We are moved in now and the place was sorted for us before we moved in (needed painting). Thanks again Stef and Al

David is reassurig and highly knowledgable and professional. He calle his solicitors to provide advice on a related purchase and was very accomodating - higly recommended.

30th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.
10th Apr 2024 (21 days ago)The whole process so far has been very easy. Everything was explained to us and if we had any queries they were quickly dealt with. Communication has been brilliant too - if we had any questions, they were always answered promptly. I would recommend them if you are buying or selling a house.
12th Sep 2021 (2 years ago)I would like to Thank Salman Gillani for his help in introducing me to rent guarantee scheme. I have many properties where i was having problems with tenants, receiving rent and many other issues. But Heaven Estate agents helped me a lot and has made the whole renting out properties a stress free process. The team is great at communicating with any issues or any problems that may need fixing within the properties. Would recommend if you would like a stress free experience.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market

I lost very good houses because of these guys promise. Lack of knowledge people working avoid avoid this people. Very poor communication specially their concern only money not tenant happy or not . Their professionalism from start to finish is remarkable and nothing is ever too much for them. Our sale was not the easiest but they believed in getting through every hurdle to completion even when we didn’t. There is never a day they treated us as another source of income or annoyance in the many delays we have had. They offer bespoke service best suited to your needs without even realising it, a lovely gesture and assurance that you are not on your own, which sets them apart from other agents.
