21st Dec 2024 (25 days ago)When people say you pay £000s to sell your house...agents are not worth the money...etc .well Fisk's have certainly earned their money when selling my parents house. Firstly a buyer pulled out...within 10 days another buyer was found who was in a great buying position. Then Harriet & Tayla pushed in every direction to ensure a prompt sales progression. They both constantly chased all parties to ensure everything went through as quickly as possible. They went over and above any other agents I have worked with. Highly recommend. The photos were professional, the property description was accurate and potential buyers were vetted. What more could you ask for! Thanks ladies.

28th Dec 2024 (18 days ago)This was a waste of my time, from the ad which was a copy paste from another property nearby. I knew from there, it wasn't going to be a good listing but unfortunately I couldn't cancel the agreement without incurring charges as apparently they had done some marketing. Communication is terrible - emails go unanswered and promises to call back are not fulfilled. I had to wait for the agreement to run its course and then take it off the market. Very disappointed as I had hoped for better.

Abbie has been an absolute professional from start to finish of that process. She has been friendly, informative and very responsive. She is a fantastic representation of not only her branch, but the company Connells. She is an asset to your team, and I would highly recommend this branch to anyone looking to use an estate agency. Thank you for changing my opinion on estate agents after having bad luck and service with others!

Thomas was extremely professional, knowledgeable and had a very personal and caring approach. We sold in a matter of weeks. Thomas referred us to mortgage adviser and solicitors, who all did a fantastic job. Everything was handled professionally and we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

Persistence by the team ensured that despite some legal process delays the transaction was completed. Our house was well marketed and under offer very quickly. The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. The friendly polite nature of all the staff who would keep me informed as, when or even before I needed to know or do something was a pleasure to behold. Thx so much for making something that I thought was going to be so difficult SSSOOO easy.

The staff have been great to deal with - from the initial valuation, to the photographing of our house and then the viewings for potential buyers. I can't fault them!

A very personal service with so much advise on the market and figures and options and how to place a secure offer the other end and grounding my decisions. Me and my husband are so impressed. Our family have used Durden and Hunt before so we knew to only approach Durden and Hunt. The branch is very friendly and helpful for walk ins and quick to book appointments and home visits and they don’t push for sales they give you what you need and let you realise they are the lead agent to use!! Very pleased.
