The team were exactly what you would want throughout the whole process – professional, supportive and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It was a quite a sensitive one, as it was my old family house, the place where I grew up and I was only selling due to a bereavement. I couldn't have wished for better service. Matt dealt with everything, literally everything, service reports, solicitors, viewings. nothing was too much trouble, and at every step along the way he kept us clearly informed. This isn't the first time I've used priory, and every time, the service is spot on. friendly, approachable and most importantly highly knowledgeable about the local area and people!

29th Jan 2026 (15 days ago)? I had a fantastic experience with this estate agents from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive throughout the whole process. Buying/selling a property can be stressful, Callum made everything feel smooth and manageable. Communication was excellent, I was kept informed at every stage, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Callum’s very knowledgeable, and gave helpful advice without ever being pushy knowing I wasn’t good at all of this, knowing I am older and found a lot of this difficult. It really felt like Callum had my best interests at heart. Also thank you to Caroline and Zoe (if I got the name wrong, the lady who sits next to Callum in the congleton office) Thanks again. Sue

Since day 1 the communication was amazing, constant updates and they were always there even when I felt as though the questions were rather silly. Mitch and Mayah were so patient ! Their customer service was also outstanding. Would definitely recommend them !! The box we received upon completion was a nice touch. Overall I could not fault them one bit !

From providing clear initial quotes and explaining how the process works, through to taking photos and liaising with solicitors right up to final exchange, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. We contacted Dean Reeves who really worked swiftly and professionally and found us a buyer within a week of our initial discussions. Both Dean and his Sales Manager Emma Williams were both professional, friendly and very helpful. Thanks ????

31st Jan 2026 (13 days ago)Went to view a flat around a month ago and payed my deposit for it. Turns out I had been paying for a flat I didn’t even apply for!. The one i went to view was the correct one so I have no idea where this studio had come from. I found out a DAY before that somebody on their behalf has made an error simply by me seeing a Facebook post. Somebody was living in the flat I thought I was paying for and I actually went to view. Absolutely shocking. I would have shown up to a flat where people were living with all of my stuff. I have no idea where they got the idea I wanted a studio flat the size of a shed when I definitely did not apply or look at. I even have pictures of me in the correct flat. Luckily the woman on the phone was very understanding and sent me a full refund. Just shocking as I found out a day before and never even applied for this said studio flat.
