He really took the time to understand the property and price it just right, and immediately had buyers in mind who would be interested. The viewing of the property was timely and properly conducted and they were able to provide answers and clarification to my questions. Autumn and Emma were superb in getting my agreement signed and provided me with a complete itinerary of the new place. I am happy with their services and I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a house to rent in London.

As we all know moving into a first appartement can be difficult but Mahenar has been there every step of the way. 20th Aug 2024 (27 days ago)Had a viewing booked with michael i believe, can’t remember his name, was say waiting at the property for 20minutes and noone was picking up the phones or bothered to notify me of any changes, very unprofessional and rude to waste a clients time. My husband and i took time of work only for it to be a waste.

Valuations were quickly organised at our convenience. The team had completed research before arriving and we were provided with comparable properties that they had sold/rented recently to guide us. We chose to see our property. The whole Oaks team were very proactive and responsive to our questions. We were always able to get in touch quickly and were given helpful guidance. Thank you to Pav for his enthusiasm and kindness in showing the property and keeping us updated with feedback. He was doggedly determined to ensure as many viewings as possible and followed up with interested parties to organise second viewings quickly. Once a sale had been agreed, we were very grateful to James for his calm, pragmatic approach. 18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

28th Aug 2024 (19 days ago)My friend and I rented with Keatings for 3 years (2017 to 2020). We had a leaky roof for years, which resulted in signficant mould growth on our ceiling. Despite continual reminders, nothing was done about the mould until the council got involved. It was only after Keatings were threatened with legal action and damages under the Housing Act that anything meaningfully happened, which is pathetic. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
