Honestly no mortgage advisor has been able to provide the service and knowledge she has, she is an absolute gem!! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great mortgage advisor.

17th Jul 2024 (12 weeks ago)Valuation and marketing appear to be on a par with other local agents, however communication was poor. There were significant delays with the sale of my property, not necessarily due to the agent, but it did place my ongoing purchase in jeopardy. I will say that my sale was transferred to a different branch who dealt with the process much more efficiently and was key in ensuring the sale was completed.

They managed all the contractors and helped me tidy up the property after the previous tenants left it in a terrible state and then to find me a reliable Tenant. Really pleased with they way that they handled everything for me.

Elmer, Nikunj and Darren were absolutely brilliant. They were super friendly and helpful at every step of the process and kept us well informed. 20th Sep 2024 (18 days ago)Following the trauma of bad experiences from previous estate agents, we turned to Lawrence Rand and put our property on the market at the end of June. After four weeks of no offers and slow movement, Mr John Buckley came in to our lives. He brought energy and positivity. Mr Buckley advised us to lower our price and to launch an open house. He was committed to selling our property and on the very same day of the open house we received our offer. We were delighted to accept. Mr Buckley has been very helpful in this stressful process. He has been incredibly personable and I am sure he will make this process seamless until completion day. Thank you!

16th Aug 2024 (8 weeks ago)I went with Charrison Davis agency because he said that he could sell my house. He’s had lots of experience but actually in the three months that I was on the market I had one person who booked and cancel the booking 3 times. the communication was really bad from Charrison Davis. He kept pointing out that the house had no driveway and that why nobody was coming to look at it. My house is in a cul-de-sac with lots of offstreet parking instead of trying to sell it to them. He just kept trying to get me to lower my price so in the end I took my house off the market. I would never recommend them to anybody.

Neena was great to liaise with throughout the process, from the visit of the property to the offer being accepted. i really appreciated all of Neena's help and support, without any pressure and with just the right amount of communication. Great service, highly recommended.

18th Sep 2024 (20 days ago)O* Galaxy Real Estate are just scammers No longer a tenant and still send me emails for rent. Still haven't received my deposit back aswell I was told yesterday it should be with me today. Try to claim I breached my lease but in fact they have rented the entire building out to someone else. Had problems with them from day one. Nav Grover, Kevneet Grover and Raj Grover customer service is absolutely terrible. Once deposit is payed back into my account I will delete these posts but until then I will keep writing them

From the very beginning, Lucy demonstrated professionalism, expertise and a genuine concern regarding my choice of property. Lucy’s knowledge of the local area was impressive and she took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences. Throughout the process, both Lucy and James were always available to answer my questions and guide me through every step of the transaction. They handled the negotiations with skill and ensured I got the best deal. Post the sale, James followed up to make sure everything was in order and that I was satisfied with my purchase. 4th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)This they deserves for their unreliable services. Called too many many tanents to given rent at same time. Totally mis organised unfaithful big scams. Asked all HOME OFFICE documents this is fine but NI numbers what's for whereas totally forbidden by the DWP JOBCENTRE PLUS not to given anyone NI numbers unless confirmed Jobs. I have to learn from them that big house big massive room with toilets privately not allowed for Children's. So poor levels of knowledge. Too many many rootless people came in UK born in UK but doesn't have minimum levels of good thoughts morality or honesty. They just changes their words very easily. Yesterday whenever we spoken and today should to be informed earlier. Wasting others time and money, given false information so this is their actual truth feedback and reviews. Also please mind attention to the LETTINGS HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENTS check properly how many tanents are living in one house. LABOUR GOVERNMENT should to be focused the housing issues as they promised before won the general election.
