I am based on the west coast of Canada and I was concerned that the 8 hour time difference might be a challenge in keeping the process moving but I neednt have worried. They were highly professional, great communicators, responded promptly to my messages, and kept me fully informed at every stage of the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Krystle and her team.

Definitely use Property Experts if you want a smooth sale without the promises other estate agents gave us and did not deliver.

I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.

Their marketing and photographs were excellent, they achieved the price we wanted and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Very pleased indeed and thoroughly recommend Jake and his Team.

8th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We dealt with Matthew Irvine from day one, our first sale fell through so it was a drawn out transaction (5 months) but we found Matthew responsive and helpful throughout, we needed more detailed measurements of the house and although we were committed and would have bought the property in any case, Matthew provided us with a virtual tour which helped alot as we were only able to view once and were buying from Devon. Matthew was approachable and courtious and always responded to our requests for information, so I would say he did a pretty good job with this transaction which was quite stressful for us, we have now relocated and are enjoying our new surroundings :-)

A special mention must go to Hayley and Hope, who were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They went above and beyond by allowing us to carry out several viewings at no extra cost, which was incredibly helpful and very much appreciated. They were also brilliant at constantly chasing all parties involved, keeping everything moving and ensuring the purchase was completed as smoothly as possible. They were always friendly, professional, and quick to respond, keeping us informed at every stage and helping to reduce what can be a very stressful experience. We’re genuinely grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this estate agent to anyone buying or selling a property.

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

After five long years of struggling to sell my flat, I had almost given up hope. It was a very complicated sale with many challenges, yet Kyle stepped in and did what no one else could. Within just a couple of weeks of taking professional photos and launching the property, he secured a strong offer and moved the process forward with impressive efficiency. Kyle is outstanding at what he does — not only professional and highly skilled, but also genuine, reliable, and honest. His communication was exceptional from day one. He was always available, kept me fully informed, and handled every obstacle with calm confidence and expertise. If you want a person who you feel you can trust to sell your house then Carol is the perfect choice! Her years of service gives her the wide range knowledge to answer all questions. She knows exactly what to do whilst also being very re -assuring. Selling a house can be one of the most stressful situations. Given Carols knowledgable and experience she truly cares and will take that pressure and look after you. Her advice and guidance has been very valuable and nothing is to much trouble, she is happy to be there and makes you feel a very valued customer. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a smooth as possible sale.
