From arranging the viewing to helping me through every stage of the process, he has always been friendly and professional, not to mention incredibly helpful too.<br><br>Even though my purchase hasn't completed yet, Charlie has kept me updated every step of the way, always responds to my questions and makes sure I'm informed about what's happening. Buying a property for the first time can be stressful, but his communication and support have made the process much smoother.<br><br>I really appreciate all the time and effort Charlie has put in so far and would highly recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy a property. Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.
21st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Bartley’s estate agents have been established in Solihull and surrounding areas for as long as I can remember and are run by husband and wife team, Charlotte and Mark. Unlike big corporate agents you get a full personal service from purchase and sale all the way through until completion, taking away all the stress involved with buying and selling property.<br>Having used them several times I can highly recommend them for buying selling and rentals
10th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)About time I left a review after being with Northwood for 3 years!...and I'm leaving this review as a Landlord that has rental properties with them.<br><br>I've previously been with 3 of the 'big boys'...Shipways, Dixons and John Shepherd. The difference between them and Northwood is ridiculous. Yes, you will probably pay a lower Management fee with the big boys, but with them you DO NOT get the attention to detail, the personal attention, the speed of response, the reasonable contractor fees, the one point of contact etc etc. The list is endless. I used to tear my hair out with Dixons!<br><br>Not only that but with Northwood you don't get all the add on fees that Dixon's etc charge. It's most definitely worth paying them a slightly higher %.<br><br>In addition, I hardly get any contentious situations or complaints from tenants, so that means they're happy as well.<br><br>I would URGE anyone who's with the massive decentralised, non-personal Letting Agencies to try a smaller one...like Northwood.

27th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Terrible to deal with. Poor communication and very questionable practices of gazumping, asking for unofficial deposits & contract races - totally unethical. I found them to be very obnoxious and demeaning to the point where I just gave up trying to purchase through them. Nobody wants to do business under these circumstances and I really feel for the inexperienced graduates that they employ as it's a poor example of professionalism to pass on to the next generation.

21st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agency and would strongly encourage anyone considering renting, buying or selling through them to think carefully.<br>After progressing through the rental application process, our application was withdrawn at the very last minute with little communication or explanation. We were then told that the landlord wanted to increase the rent. Despite agreeing to the higher rent to avoid losing the property, the agency failed to keep us informed of the outcome or provide any meaningful updates.<br>The lack of communication and consideration caused an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. We have two young children and had spent the weekend preparing for our move. We were around 90% packed and ready to leave, only to be left in limbo with no answers.<br>To make matters worse, I submitted a formal complaint about how the situation was handled, but no proper complaints procedure has been followed and no genuine attempt has been made to address or resolve my concerns.<br>I understand that landlords can change their minds and that not every tenancy proceeds as planned. However, the way this agency handled the situation was unprofessional, inconsiderate and lacking in basic communication. A simple update or honest explanation would have made a significant difference.<br>Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this agency. If you're looking to rent, buy or sell through them, be aware that communication and customer care may fall well below what you would reasonably expect.

11th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Mandy and Dale at Harts guided us through our house purchase with a perfect blend of professionalism and sincere, personal interest in both their clients and ourselves, looking after both parties with friendliness and efficiency. This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. We can very highly recommend using the dedicated and lovely team of staff at Harts.

Everyone has been friendly, approachable and genuinely easy to deal with.<br><br>It’s lovely to be able to ring the office and speak to someone who knows who you are, rather than being passed from department to department. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, it’s always been dealt with quickly and professionally.<br><br>A special thank you to Luke and the whole team for always being so helpful. It’s refreshing to receive such personal service, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent.
