His advice was always clear and helpful, which made everything much less stressful. Zaria was also fantastic - she kept things moving smoothly and made sure I was regularly updated with progress from both solicitors, which I really appreciated. Both Dave and Zaria were very responsive and easy to deal with, and they made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. I’d highly recommend them!

Unusual circumstances and difficult market was neatly handled and top client base secured a sale for me. In regards to the service that was provided, personal, professional and supportive throughout. I was never once in the dark and Clare helped make sure that everything went smoothly as possible. 100% would recommend and 100% trust.

Communication was excellent throughout and we always felt well informed. They organised a great open day which led to a quick sale, and everything was handled smoothly. Their honesty and integrity really stood out—we felt we could trust their advice completely. We unreservedly recommend them.

Communication was so great and contractors were assigned to each issue. Happy to be one of the tenant with Northwood Solihull :)

Although our tenant pays the rent on time every month, this company delivers the rent to us with a significant delay. This month, it's been over 15 days and they still haven't sent the rent. Despite repeatedly trying to contact them via email, I receive no response. Furthermore, they are not properly managing processes for us (such as municipal taxes and electricity bills), and because we are unaware of these bills, they have put us in a position where we may face legal action.

Michelle, Lisa and Helen were fantastic throughout the entire process. Professional, knowledgeable and always on the ball, they helped take away so much of the stress that comes with moving house. Communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions, provide updates and keep everything progressing smoothly. What really stood out was their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile. We always felt supported and confident that they were doing everything they could to achieve the best outcome for us. Communication was always clear and prompt and he was very responsive when I had any questions or needed advice. What really stood out is how much Tim helped things moving by regularly chasing solicitors and following up on outstanding actions, which really made a difference in making the sale progressing smoothly.
