From the initial viewing all the way to completion, Ali was always professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. His communication was excellent, and he made sure to stay in touch with both the seller and the seller’s solicitor to keep everything moving smoothly. Buying a house can be stressful, but Ali’s guidance and dedication made the whole process much easier for me. I truly appreciate the effort and support he provided every step of the way. I would highly recommend Petty Real and especially Ali Hamza to anyone looking to buy a property.

Not at any point did I feel that I had chosen the wrong agent out of my choice of 3. From start to finish, I felt to have had such a professional, genuine, caring service. Selling the home that you have loved, with heart and soul for 25 years, is never easy, but with all the help and guidance I had along the way, from the recommendation of a great solicitor, a 'loft insulation' issue, to a few other hurdles, and quirks, Clive took it all in his stride, and achieved a great sale, to a really wonderful family. I could not be happier to recommend Sawyers more, for their genuine straight up attitudes, years of collective knowledge of the business, a very hard working team, and their overall care in general. 23rd Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)We just moved house and two of the properties in our chain were through Parkers Stroud, including the one we were purchasing. These sales were being managed by Matt Flemming. We had to try to get this chain through to completion before Christmas because our buyers were in temporary accommodation with relatives. This only gave us 9 weeks to get everything completed, which in the current market conditions was almost impossible. Matt was absolutely superhuman in managing the whole chain almost single handed. In the last 2 weeks of the process, Matt called us every day to update us and share progress. He dealt with the sellers, buyers, other estate agents and the solicitors. Unbelievably the process was completed within the 9 week target, mainly due to the unwavering commitment of Matt. I would strongly recommend using Matt Flemming at Parkers Stroud, whether you are buying or selling, he gets the job done.

I last dealt with Libby, she is one of the newer members of the team and is showing great enthusiasm, knowledge and commitment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eafield & Maple.

2nd Jan 2026 (11 weeks ago)Absolutely terrible agents. Took over 3 weeks to replace a broken shower, zero remediation or compensation offered as a result. Multiple occasions I was promised messages to be forwarded on to the landlord - never received a response to this. Stay far away

27th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Initially, the sales team were incredibly helpful and valued the property accurately and asserted they already had buyers lining up for the property. In reality this wasn’t the case and in the 5 weeks only one viewing. Promised lots but Did not deliver.

The process took much longer than we'd expected, however, the communication at every stage was excellent and the advice provided was always helpful.

7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)The property I am renting has a leaking kitchen ceiling and a boiler that drops pressure at least a couple of times a week. I reported the issues for repairs months ago but I am still waiting for a response and a fix. Feels like poor customer service to me.

5th Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Dawn was exceptional from the first meeting, standing head and shoulders above other estate agents who valued the house. She was truly passionate about the project and guided us through the procedures as first time sellers, helping us choose the correct package, which resulted in the house selling within the first week of viewings. When things were dragging on with the conveyancing (completely out of her control) she leapt into action and brought things to a successful completion for both us and the buyer.

There have been ongoing delays in responses, a lack of clear updates, and instances where follow-up was required multiple times. This has caused unnecessary frustration and made the process more difficult than it should be. I value professionalism and clear communication, and I hope this feedback will be taken constructively to improve future service. I would appreciate improved responsiveness and clearer communication going forward. Done
