7th May 2026 (17 days ago)We were selling my late parents house and had a number of Estate Agents visit and value. We felt that Robert Watts knew the current market in the area we were selling and valued the house at a price that reflected a true price based on the local property market, property condition and Robert Watts local knowledge. Once on the market then we had regular contact from our local office in Birkenshaw. A number of viewings were arranged by the Branch. Once we had agreed a sale at the price it had been marketed at then we went through the selling process. Robert Watts often updated us before our solicitor as it was clear they were committed to helping the sale go through and had rung them to find the current position. In terms of the Company then I was impressed by the Knowledge of the market , very good communication with ourselves and that they would respond to e-mails or phone calls. I would be happy to recommend them if you are considering selling a house

5th May 2026 (19 days ago)I had a very positive experience with Leaders Estate Agency during the sale of my property. From start to finish, the process was handled professionally and efficiently. As I live quite far from the property and it was tenanted, I was concerned about managing everything remotely. However, Mr Michael Foreman made it completely stress-free. He coordinated everything seamlessly, including arranging contractors to redecorate the property, which saved me a great deal of time and effort. The sale went through smoothly, and communication was always clear and prompt. I felt supported throughout the entire process and confident that everything was being managed to a high standard. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would highly recommend Leaders Estate Agency to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

He also accompanied all viewings. My case manager was friendly, helpful and efficient, as were all staff I dealt with. My property sold swiftly once on the market. I would recommend DPSH to anyone selling a property.
