All round the sale was smooth and straightforward and this agency was great to work with. Lovely staff, great comms and seem like they really care.

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We found the whole team at Farrow & Farrow very polite and helpful. The whole selling process is very emotive and the advice given about marketing and presenting our property was incredibly beneficial. The house write up by Peter was exceptional and the photographs by Emma showed the property off perfectly. Along side a powerful marketing video using photos, video and drones. Viewings held by Emma were informative and her ability to remember all the details was outstanding. The house is a unique 250yr old converted farmhouse in the challenging top end of the market therefore took some time to sell but all the team remained encouraging and worked tirelessly to find a buyer. Peter even took time to show us all the aspects of how they promote and sell properties which was encouraging for us. Somehow as busy as they are we always felt apart of the process and we were delighted of course when a new buyer was found. We cannot thank the team enough for helping sell our property.

30th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Sue and the team at LRG/Leaders highly enough.<br><br>My purchase wasn’t straightforward, with delays outside anyone’s control, but throughout the entire process Sue kept me updated, responded promptly to my emails, and was always reassuring, kind, professional and incredibly patient.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed about what was happening.<br><br>Massive thanks to Sue and the team for all of your hard work in helping me purchase my first home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone buying or selling a property.

Our sale didn’t go without its problems but Jamie, Zoe and Helen were always supportive and all correspondence was replied to immediately or at least asap.<br>The team are very grounded and professional and you have confidence that they’re doing all the necessary administrative and diplomatic work on your behalf in the background to get the sale through the line.<br>The very personable approach the whole team have is very comforting and it made you feel that they genuinely cared. We spoke and messaged Helen a lot !!!! She remained very patient and professional and knew she wanted the best outcome for us.<br>We would highly recommend them all in a heartbeat.

2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Sadly l recently found out that the person who bought my late father’s house intentionally misled me. They were first time buyers. I preferred not to sell to a developer and the boss at Keenan’s and the buyer were well aware of it. I sold them the house and was happy to do so. It’s now back on the market. The kicker to this story is that the person who bought the house works there as a negotiator. Hence the one star for communication. Difficulty not only hearing what the customer has told you but also not having the ability to understand why they told you. Maybe even worse is understanding and not caring.

27th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We can't thank the team at Harrison Estate Agents enough for everything they did to help us sell our home.<br><br>From the very beginning, the service was exceptional. I phoned at around 9am to ask about putting our house on the market. By 12 noon, Olly was at our home measuring up, taking photographs and talking us through the process. By 5.10pm that same day, Seth had our property professionally marketed and live online. That level of responsiveness really set the tone for everything that followed.<br><br>Ours wasn't a straightforward sale. What should have been a relatively straightforward sale became a five-month journey, involving multiple specialist inspections, legal complexities, last-minute price negotiations and plenty of challenges along the way<br><br>Throughout it all, Lynne was exceptional. She was honest, approachable and incredibly proactive, constantly keeping everyone updated, chasing solicitors and other parties, offering sound advice and, most importantly, doing everything she could to keep the chain together when it would have been very easy for it to collapse.<br><br>What really stood out was that this wasn't just one great estate agent – it was a genuinely great team. Olly, Lynne and Seth worked seamlessly together, each picking things up at exactly the right time and always making us feel that we were their priority. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always knew where things stood.<br><br>Selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but Harrison Estate Agents remained professional, supportive and committed from start to finish. I would really recommend working with these two as I know they will get things done swiftly and professionally. Couldn’t ask for better agents.
