From start to finish, the whole process felt incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, and we were so impressed with the level of communication and service throughout. A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!
4th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Davies & Way have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole team - Steve, Ellen, Polly and Jo - are all super knowledgable, proactive, friendly and understanding. Steve took incredible photos of our home leading to multiple offers in a short period of time. Jo is amazing with viewings - so passionate. Ellen and Polly have just been absolutely fab - thank you for putting up with all my questions!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies & Way - the house we're buying was also through another D&W branch and they were equally great.
29th Jul 2026 (0 days ago)Bradley Bates, Connells Yate Branch manager handled the valuation of our property, something that was difficult to accurately do due to the changes in the world at the time. After some careful consideration a marketing strategy was agreed and to our delight the house was under formal offer within 12 hours of going on the market. Bradley's bubbly, attentive personality made interaction with him very easy and making himself available along the process was a bonus. Moving house is a minefield, its clear to see that the Yate team are motivated by Bradley's presence and is a natural leader in the Branch. In a world where Estate Agents get a bad reputation the Yate team worked hard to be transparent and honest. For this we are very grateful. If i am looking for areas of growth for Connells Estate Agents, it would be to review the Solicitors you chose to work with, your recommendation was a bad reflection on your business model, it cannot be worth your effort to do their job and chase their errors all the time?

Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. Tanya’s unrelenting tenacity, attention to detail and continuous investment in the sale has been outstanding and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Edison Ford…. Outstanding service for buying, selling and finance advice.

I’m a first time solo buyer, so the house buying process was definitely intimidating to me!<br><br>They were so communicative, and genuinely cared about the seller and I’s needs and wants with the property sale. I felt accommodated for, supported and informed throughout the entire process. From Ben showing me around, to Karen keeping me in the know throughout, the team have smashed it!<br><br>You can tell DW Smith is a family run, caring estate agent just based on how many signs I see around the neighbourhood! All communication was clear and without delay when there was an update or question. My house sold within a week of going on the market at a difficult time in the Bristol housing market, and the sale went through smoothly. Boardwalk are miles ahead of the game in terms of Bristol Estate agents. Couldn't recommend more highly. 6th Jul 2026 (23 days ago)Myself and my partner have had a brilliant experience with Jemima and James.<br><br>They were both very well informed on the property, and clearly have a strong relationship with the landlords (who are also lovely).<br><br>The team have been super approachable, helpful, and communicative and have made this process as easy as possible for us. We will definitely be looking to them in the future, if we look to move!

He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.

13th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.

He is highly professional and experienced - so much so that we are now selling a second property with him. Being a smaller operation he personally dealt with all aspects of the sale, doing all the viewings and liaison with potential buyers, advising on market conditions, being available by phone to deal with our queries and generally offered a fantastic point of support throughout the process. He kept his eye on the conveyancing too and advised us if things were not moving at an appropriate pace. He is the best estate agent we have ever used. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
