From start to finish, the whole process felt incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, and we were so impressed with the level of communication and service throughout. A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!

All staff very professional, friendly and kept me updated at every stage of what was a bitter sweet sell following the loss of both of my parents. I built a very good raport with 2 exceptional staff members of who I thank so much for their support. I actually miss the contact from them. Thank you and well done Andrews Yate you are amazing.
29th Jul 2026 (0 days ago)Bradley Bates, Connells Yate Branch manager handled the valuation of our property, something that was difficult to accurately do due to the changes in the world at the time. After some careful consideration a marketing strategy was agreed and to our delight the house was under formal offer within 12 hours of going on the market. Bradley's bubbly, attentive personality made interaction with him very easy and making himself available along the process was a bonus. Moving house is a minefield, its clear to see that the Yate team are motivated by Bradley's presence and is a natural leader in the Branch. In a world where Estate Agents get a bad reputation the Yate team worked hard to be transparent and honest. For this we are very grateful. If i am looking for areas of growth for Connells Estate Agents, it would be to review the Solicitors you chose to work with, your recommendation was a bad reflection on your business model, it cannot be worth your effort to do their job and chase their errors all the time?

Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. Tanya’s unrelenting tenacity, attention to detail and continuous investment in the sale has been outstanding and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Edison Ford…. Outstanding service for buying, selling and finance advice.

They sold my flat within a matter of weeks, they were quick and efficient & replied back to my emails within the day. 13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.

I’m a first time solo buyer, so the house buying process was definitely intimidating to me!<br><br>They were so communicative, and genuinely cared about the seller and I’s needs and wants with the property sale. I felt accommodated for, supported and informed throughout the entire process. From Ben showing me around, to Karen keeping me in the know throughout, the team have smashed it!<br><br>You can tell DW Smith is a family run, caring estate agent just based on how many signs I see around the neighbourhood! After 3 months of wasted time, false promises, and questionable practices, we ended up finding a property with Ocean. They were a night and day difference in their approach. Laid-back and honest viewings, amazing communication, and very efficient processes in place—we felt looked after throughout. A special shout-out to Seamus, who led the first stage of viewings and kept in contact throughout, and Emily, our moving manager, for guiding us through to the end. Massive thank you to the team, couldn’t ask for anything more.

Geoff and the team kept us informed while answering all of our questions quickly. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property. 10th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)We recently bought a house through Lifestlye and we were incredibly happy with the service provided.<br><br>The listing was well prepared and the provided walkthrough 10 minute video of the property was incredibly helpful and far more useful than the usual 'dumping of photos' that most agents do. James does a great job with these.<br><br>They were able to arrange a viewing for us at short notice. We were shown round the property by Logan who arrived punctual and was incredibly professional and friendly. Unlike some other agents he diden't try to 'hard sell' he let us make up our own minds and came back to us with any questions he could not answer on the spot. Really happy with our 3 viewings that Logan did for us.<br><br>Cilla in the sales office is an absolute god-send when our chain started to fall apart at the last minute. We could always get hold of her via phone and email and she did her absolute best to keep the chain intact and sale progressing through to the end.<br><br>Lifestyle is one of the only independent agents in Bradley Stoke and if you want to work with a friendly local team then I would highly recommend selling/buying with them.

They provide a genuinely personal service, take great care with their clients, and are always friendly, patient, and approachable. As a first time buyer and then first time seller I always felt I could trust Ben’s advice and guidance throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

He is highly professional and experienced - so much so that we are now selling a second property with him. Being a smaller operation he personally dealt with all aspects of the sale, doing all the viewings and liaison with potential buyers, advising on market conditions, being available by phone to deal with our queries and generally offered a fantastic point of support throughout the process. He kept his eye on the conveyancing too and advised us if things were not moving at an appropriate pace. He is the best estate agent we have ever used. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
