We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!

All staff very professional, friendly and kept me updated at every stage of what was a bitter sweet sell following the loss of both of my parents. I built a very good raport with 2 exceptional staff members of who I thank so much for their support. I actually miss the contact from them. Thank you and well done Andrews Yate you are amazing.

Throughout the whole process he kept me posted and explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond as I'm sure a lot of the times he was calling me were way past his home time. Got my keys today and look forward to renegotiating in five years.

Tanyas communication and negotiation with the chain when no one was conversing through their solicitors was invaluable and over and above what she should have had to do. Liberty helped us from the viewing to signing our tenancy agreement and was excellent throughout. In a particularly challenging market, Adele Baker’s advice and professionalism throughout the process gave me a huge amount of comfort. This continued with the support provided by their sales progressor, Lucy Lingley-Stephens, who kept everything on track and was always available to help with updates to both my solicitor and I.

13th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Bad experience here. I have been waiting for the return of deposit since 08/09/2024 (check-out date), at time of writing the date is 04/12/2024. Despite asking for updates and calling, I have not received any response from this agency for 2+ weeks. IMO, there are many other options in Bristol worth trying before Chase Buchanan Downend.

Emily was fantastic for staying on top of everything and followed through with the deal diligently until the very end to ensure a successful completion. 5th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Mark and Joel and the team handled the sale of our place in Stapleton and honestly couldn't have asked for a better service throughout. They have outstanding local knowledge and gave well reasoned advice on how to market our property at the correct price, and how to present it well. We had a drawn-out chain with delays on the purchase side that were completely outside their control, and they kept our buyers on board through all of it. They were always quick to respond, extremely helpful and personable and across all the details. Really grateful — would recommend without hesitation.

Rang up to ask gor the link. No link sent. Continued to wait another 45 mins no link sent. Rang twice, No answer, quite annoyed. hasn't filled me with much confidence as a first time buyer. Thanks for wasting my time.

They both assisted me not only with the sale of my previous property around a year and a half ago, but also more recently with my search for a new home and the mortgage application process. Throughout the entire journey, they have consistently been friendly, approachable and completely trustworthy. What really stood out to me was the level of both professional and emotional support they provided. Moving house can be a stressful experience, but Sarah and Jack were always on hand to offer guidance, reassurance, and clear communication at every stage. Their knowledge and dedication made a real difference and gave me confidence throughout the process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy, sell, or arrange a mortgage. Had such a positive attitude consistently and was always willing to listen to what I liked and didn’t about a property. Tabby also communicated perfectly the situations of the sellers and we could not have asked for a better experience with our first few viewings ever.

They consistently went above and beyond to support me, answer any questions, and make the whole process as positive and stress-free as possible. They provide a genuinely personal service, take great care with their clients, and are always friendly, patient, and approachable. As a first time buyer and then first time seller I always felt I could trust Ben’s advice and guidance throughout. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

13th Jan 2026 (22 weeks ago)Edited to reply: I'm sorry Andrew but I haven't had anyone visit about the mould previously you must be referring to previous tenants. I have only ever had visits for radiator issues, a broken cupboard door and the routine inspections. I have never actually been at home for an inspection either. I have also had no email contact with you, only Amy and Luka whereby I am lucky if they respond without me double emailing them. A contractor did visit on the weekend and said there are numerous issues that should have been addressed a long time ago. Can I also ask, if you were aware there were mould issues a long time ago why this has never been mentioned and why was there such a delay in rectifying the problem?I can assure you that any 'poor ventilation' is through no fault of our own given that we purchased a dehumidifier, keep the radiator on every day and have the bathroom window open constantly. Currently a tenant and the communication is horrendous. I have been chasing up a mould issue for over 2 months and I'm lucky to get a response let alone someone be sent out. I've had to contact environmental health as my emails are often ignored. Such a shame as they were initially super helpful when moving in. I'd personally avoid.
11th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I really enjoyed the viewing experience with Michael. We got the call the next day morning after submitting the an enquiry the night before. Michael was very accommodating and arranged a viewing for us on the same day. In person he was professional, friendly and genuine, which is hard to come by in this industry. Although we didn't make any offer at this time I would love to still work with him in the future and definitely highly recommend his service.
