Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

She appreciated that there were a number of pressures and moving parts involved in the transaction and was always willing to listen, keep us updated and help where she could.<br><br>She was responsive, professional and easy to communicate with, and we particularly appreciated the way she dealt with matters calmly and practically when things became time-sensitive. She understood the importance of keeping everyone informed and helped maintain communication between the parties during a fairly pressured transaction.<br><br>Elena was always courteous and helpful, and we felt that she genuinely wanted to see the transaction reach a successful conclusion.<br><br>We are very grateful for her assistance and would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.
5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)????????????the worst agency no responsibility for 4 months<br>They wrote many times that the house is in an emergency situation We informed them that we were leaving the house, and they started threatening not to return the deposit We reported that the house was falling apart They said the house is 100% safe. They didn't even come to see what condition the house was in.<br>All the doors in the house did not close, so they lived with the doors open<br>Do not rent from these companies under any circumstances You will regret it very much.<br>And we don't want to, leave them. So we filed a lawsuit against them.??????????????????

I would highly recommend Davis homes and would use them again if we need to sell a property in future- 18th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)I’ve just purchased my first property with Stevenette and I can’t recommend them enough! They were informative, kept me updated with the progress and when there were delays with some unforeseen issues, they communicated with me throughout and followed up with all relevant parties so that the process would be as smooth as possible. Despite being a solo first time buyer, I felt they treated me as a loyal customer whilst also ensuring I understood what each stage meant and explaining anything I wasn’t sure of. Would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

24th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. However, Butler & Stag provide the services of a Sales Progressor (Martine, who coordinates progress between all parties. We’re pretty convinced that without her frequent interventions we would still be wallowing in a mire of inefficiency. Well done to Martine for finally getting it across the line

5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.<br><br>It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.<br><br>He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.<br><br>There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
