Kelsey's professionalism, friendly approach, and efficient communication made this process a breeze. We felt fully supported every step of the way, and when a minor issue arose with my bank security process, she promptly stepped in, providing all the necessary information and support to ensure everything was sorted out in time. Highly recommended!
26th Aug 2022 (1 year ago)A very Professional team that appear to know the market very well indeed. Very straight forward and tell you how it is with honesty and that was important to us . I have to say they obviously had buyers in their portfolio wanting to buy our home in our location as we had two offers on the table on same day viewing and sold our home in 2 hours living on town park Harlow .

1st Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Premier Estates acted as selling agent for our three-bedroom bungalow on Canvey Island. Throughout the process, I found Darren Burke and his team, efficient, friendly, helpful and supportive. The selling details/photos were of a high quality and their advice on how to market the property and at what price were spot on. Based on my recent experience, I would have no hesitation in highly recommending the Premier Estates office/team on Canvey Island.

16th Apr 2024 (9 days ago)Please make sure if you are renting a property from them to take all the tiny details and pictures of the flat especially if it is an old flat. When the time comes for check out you will need to prove to get the deposit back. Be very careful. They will try and deduct money for the issue relating to the old property.
24th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)During the process of purchasing my flat I have listed and spoken to a numerous mortgage brokers. Despite the fact that my purchase proceeded with another estate agancy, I selected King's Group mortgage advisor. Stefano provided enormous knowledge, motivation and support that we needed at the time. Out of a dosen mortgage brokers I've spoken to, he was exceptional to us because he turned the very complicated purchase into a pleasant experience. The part of the process I was predicting would be the mot exhausting one, turned out to be completed in less than a week, thanks to Stefano, and that to me is an excellent client care and dedication. I will always ask for his services as I am certain I will get the best of a deal with Stefano. In a future I will recommend Stefano to all my family and friends who need financial advice and services of a professional and outstanding broker.
16th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)I would not give it 1 star, but this review doesn't let me lower it. The worst experience ever! the managing Director Mis-sold and breached his own contract and gave me a property in disrepair wouldn't return my money over £7K+ that I had to pay for a holiday let property. He retrospectively changed the details in the advert after I challenged him and to return my money which he kept on stone walling me. There lots more he has done that I can't put on here. I hope people don't have to go through what he put me through! Addition: 16/11/2023: I was overseas how could I have seen the property, I only saw the property physically the day you told me to sign and secure it and said cleaning was in progress SO STOP lying. Please respond to my legal emails if that is what you claim. BUT haven't responded because you now you are a lier. Also how could I stay in a disrepair property and you have also changed the locks when I left the property due to all the issues. I am waiting for my solicitors to draft the final letter to you. See you in court.

18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
An amazing experience from the first time my partner and I entering the shop in Sawbridgeworth to be greeted by Michael to book an appointment. Adam came round spent time with us, with such professionalism and knowledge. It was without hesitation we choose Mackays independent agent to sell our home. Michael and Adam came round took stunning photos and a video to show off our property to its full potential. The response was outstanding, the viewings came flooding in. The communication from every member of Mackays staff was impeccable throughout the sale. It was within a few days we had paperwork signed, marketing done and on the market. We sold within the week! The professionalism, friendly, attention to detail was second to none. We have now completed and very happy with the whole package of excellent service we received from Mackays. I would strongly recommend Adam, Michael, Paul and the complete team at Mackays. In fact I have already, and Mackays have come up again trumps with selling my mum's property for her again within a week! Look no further Mackays are the estate agent to go for to get results and fast. Thanks so much again Mackays! A very happy customer and it has been a plessure in working together with you.

Colubrid were an extremely accommodating company to deal with. Selling your house can be a very stressful experience but Colubrid were so good at taking away any unnecessary stress. We were given a very friendly and professional team of estate agents (Josh Morel and Tony Harper) and between them they ensured that any questions or queries we had were answered straight away. They were very good and communicating with us and finding out how we wanted our experience to be. They made sure that we felt listened to and valued as a customer and ensured that we were contacted only in the ways that we specified so that viewings and communication did not encroach too much on our family or work time. They are always friendly and accommodating whenever we speak to them and they are fast to resolve any queries or issues that may arise. We have had such a positive experience with this company and will be recommending them to friends and family and will most definitely be using them again in future if we need to.
