Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. 15th Mar 2026 (20 weeks ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

17th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Richard and Toni-Ann Lowther are without doubt the perfect blueprint for estate agents.<br>In a very difficult domestic market, to my eternal regret, I first tried a very large firm of estate agents who tried what turned out to be every trick in the book to tell me black was white until I finally, totally lost confidence.<br>Having failed to achieve a single viewing over a considerable time, I cancelled the agreement at which point they had the affrontery to rest on the contract and demand hundreds pounds compensation from me.<br><br>How refreshing when I then engaged the highly professional Lowthers, the very definition of personal service. They found a buyer for me.<br>Having built and owned my own engineering business for 50 years it was so refreshing to be treated in what some describe as ‘Old School’ but with the latest technology.<br><br>A perfect trust-builder with 100% result!

Would deffo recommend. Darren is one of the most honest people I have ever worked with which drew me to working with him in the first place. Was very honest about what to expect and gave me feedback straight after every viewing. Wouldn’t fault him one bit. Thank you for everything Darren!!
