Peter went above and beyond to help me with the process and any hiccups along the way , he would be there to help me. He’s a very pleasant, caring and efficient person and understands the industry very well. I would totally recommend him and Savilles Ipswich. She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

From our initial meeting to discuss marketing of our property through to completion, he always provided us with a service above and beyond expectation. He was a single point of contact at any time/day and kept us updated throughout the process of selling our house and also offered some extremely valuable advice which helped us regarding the purchase of our next home. 13th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Brought a home with Peagrams in Nov 2024 and have sold it through them this month after spending some time flipping the property. Communication is spot on and we have always found them extremely helpful. Amy has helped us through the process of selling our home and has been amazing through each and every step. She’s helped with the process of buying our new home too when we’ve needed extra support pushing the process forward. If we decide to sell our new home in the future, we will definitely be coming back to Peagrams.
18th Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Unfortunately did not have a good experience. Poor communication. Experience on offer described when we signed up to them was not delivered. House was not sold but it was more the experience during this time that has led to this review.
1st Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)I leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!
16th Apr 2026 (20 days ago)The staff at this estate agents are proffesional and contactable and reachable through out the whole process we wer.nt with this estate agents but Megan dealt with everything and was Brilliant even tho our own eastate agents w.h Brown were useless oops did i say w.h brown never mind.But yes if your buying / selling this is the place to do it.Enjoy

We had already agreed a sale privately, meaning we had an admin-only deal, but our aims and timescale set a high bar which Dan didn’t hesitate to help us achieve and maintain. Great service, comms and advice, highly recommended.
21st Dec 2024 (1 year ago)It is with great confidence that I can recommend Bonds to sell your property. Bonds offer a one off up front price to sell your property. This is the method I chose to use. Once my bungalow had sold, it took a paticularly long time to go through. (This was due to my buyers side of things).... Jayne was on the case all the time. Jayne truly works wonders. I believe it was her constant chasing the legal teams that eventually got my sale through to completion.. All staff are always polite, courteous and very helpful. I have always been kept informed at all times from viewings to completion. Thankyou to Jayne and your team.
20th Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)All the staff at Blake and Thickbroom were professional, kind, caring, efficient and I had excellent communication with them throughout the sale of my late father's house. David Allis did the initial appointment and was by far the most knowledgeable and professional of all the local Estate Agents we had booked for valuations in the Clacton Area. He gave me confidence and was not at all pushy to get the business but was respectful and clearly had years of experience in the trade, Jack and Joseph kept me updated and informed at least weekly by phone or e mail, Paul was also instrumental in the smooth and efficient sale. Unfortunately I suffered another significant bereavement during the period of selling which could have hindered things due to the nature of the death and as I do not live in the area but the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful whilst efficiently dealing with the sale which went through quickly and without any issues, I bought and sold a house in the area where I live 2 years ago and I can honestly say the experience was nothing like I had with Blake and Thickbroom . I highly recommend the company .

Excellent service throughout the process, open and transparent and they responded quickly to an initial maintenance issue. I would highly recommend them as a tenant and would happily use them again.
31st Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)Fine & Co have been a pleasure to work with during what became a lengthy and torturous process. If it hadn’t been for the fabulous Rachele Winn the chain would have collapsed several times over. Rachele, alone, relentlessly kept in touch with all parties, chivvying and chasing up loose ends, liaising with incompetent online conveyancers and ensuring that all sales were completed. Her tenacity, professionalism and cheerful approach are second to none. Well done and thanks Rachele.
