I mainly dealt with John Ramsey , and his expert advice, guidance and constant support were truly helpful throughout. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and instead of just showing us properties, she genuinely listened. She suggested a property that we may not have considered ourselves, and it turned out to be our dream home—it ticked every single box we had been looking for.<br><br>Throughout the whole process, Fiona was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Her knowledge, dedication, and genuine care for her clients really shine through.<br><br>We are so grateful to Fiona for helping us find our dream home. 20th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)It is hard to know where to begin. I found the attitude of the senior staff at the Banstead office to be arrogant, misogynistic and bombastic. Despite often making major errors such as leaving the back door unlocked after a viewing or leaving lights on in the house so when it got dark the house could be seen from outside or on one occasion leaving the list of the day's viewings for the agent with names, addresses, emails, key codes and price limits on my breakfast bar- there was little or no humility or apology but rather a feeling that they were always right. They tried to pressurise me into reducing the price after just 3 weeks despite it being the middle of August and when they gave information to my ex husband that was not helpful I phoned to state it had caused an issue and they said, "It isn't my fault you are going through a messy divorce". They lacked all compassion, care and professionalism. I will never recommend them or go into their office ever again. It is interesting to note that when the house did sell it was not them that showed them round but myself (as it was a Sunday) and if it hadn't been for the estate agent I was buying from (Andrews) being so brilliant chasing up and down the chain I honestly think we still wouldn't be moved now.

It hasn’t been an easy search, and there have been more than a few disappointments along the way. But the team at Bairstow Eves have made the whole experience so much easier.<br><br>From Louise’s diligence and forward thinking, to Jonathan’s charm, character and expertise, Corinne’s knowledge and gentle reassurance, and Nick’s efficiency and ability to get things moving, everyone has brought something special to the journey. Louise and Johnathan were especially exceptional; what a team!<br><br>They’ve reassured me through the setbacks, kept my spirits up and never made me feel that finding the right home was too much to ask. When my optimism was running low, they always seemed to have some in reserve.<br><br>Now, in September 2026, they’ve helped me find my forever home. There’s still the final stretch to go, but I’m so grateful to have them alongside me.<br><br>Thank you all for your patience, kindness and hard work. I’m looking forward to the moment I can finally collect those keys!

30th Jun 2023 (3 years ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
