She sent me details of two or three properties. She is enthusiastic and friendly and I thoroughly recommend her services to anyone who wants to be treated professionally and with respect.
23rd Jul 2026 (11 days ago)Recently sold our property via Kristine at Cubbit and west. I was slightly stressed as I have never sold a property before and was unsure of the process. Kristine took her time with me and was very patient with my questions. Ended up selling the property in 4 working days! Would recommend the company and Kristine for those looking for guidance and peace of mind!

6th Jul 2026 (28 days ago)I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Bairstow Eves Kenley, particularly Maxine and Diane.<br>I genuinely believe that, had it not been for their diligence, professionalism, helpfulness and outstanding communication, the chain I was in would have collapsed.<br>After realising that my own estate agents were not managing the process effectively, I discovered that Bairstow Eves were handling the bottom of the chain. I reached out to see if we could work together, and from that moment they were exceptional. They collaborated quickly, gave me an honest and transparent assessment of the situation, and immediately took action to keep everything moving.<br>Thanks to their proactive approach and determination, the chain successfully exchanged contracts on Friday.<br>A huge thank you to both of you. If I lived in Kenley, I wouldn't dream of selling with anyone else. You are a credit to Bairstow Eves.

All staff have technical , sales and legal knowledge and are just always “ on it “ , they always know the current situation and the next step , always think ahead for the Client. Achieved asking price in record time. It was a real pleasure with the very best result.

3rd Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Excellent estate agent.<br><br>They have recently sold my house in Shirley Park and I also brought my new home in Old Coulsdon. I can not fault them. I was lucky to find a buyer very quickly but as usual the buying process was slow, but all the way through Craig would regularly check in with me on both the purchase and sale.<br><br>I found everybody that worked there to be first class and very helpful.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them.<br><br>Thanks Craig and Lee, looking forward to having you back for a valuation once I’ve done all my planned works
24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

I went for a viewing for one of their properties and the agent who attend did not even have any information on the property, or even which room was being offered. They took me through the process of acquiring the room then silence for days.<br><br>I called them and they said that they had given it to someone else. This was a 1 day after I had followed up on the room and moving in<br><br>A though was not given to contact me and inform me about the proceedings<br><br>A Very unprofessional company and letting agency. The worst I have ever experienced.I come from a family who work in letting agencies or own one abroad so this experience was far from good.<br><br>Even at the end of the Call they didn’t even offer to see if they could help furthers or suggest alternatives. Terrible experience indeed.

Their communication was outstanding from start to finish — always keeping us updated and making sure we were fully in the loop at every stage. They clearly understood the right type of buyer for our property and didn’t waste any time. In fact, within just one week of signing up with them, they successfully secured a buyer. Their professionalism, efficiency, and responsiveness truly set them apart. Unlike other agencies we’ve dealt with in the past, where getting a call back felt impossible, Natalie and Amber were always available to speak with us whenever we needed. Their dedication and commitment made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. A huge well done to the team — we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Highly recommended!

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

We had a couple agents over who were similar in values however, Dan saw the value in our home and came in with a much higher valuation in comparison to theirs. He backed it up by arranging a couple off-market viewings for us and subsequently, found us our buyers without the need to go online to market. The communication was excellent and Dan pushed the sale through in just over 5 weeks. We couldnt have done it without Dan and will always be grateful for his service when selling!

Not only that, they achieved a strong price by getting several interested buyers. We have previously tried to sell using other agents in the area and the level of service and relationship was night and day.
