From initial valuation to completing on our sale took just 7 weeks and was incredibly stress free. Our sale was handled by Sarah who has been fantastic from start to finish. This is not a one-off experience as we have bought and sold houses through Sarah before and can honestly say that she is, hands down, the best estate agent we have ever dealt with! Sarah really knows her stuff, but above all she’s a great communicator with a human touch, which really does make both buying and selling a pleasure. We have had the best experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colebrook Sturrock.??????????

17th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)Despite our sale being hampered by slow and frustrating solicitors, the team at Your Move Broadstairs were fantastic from start to finish. Callum was relentlessly cheerful, professional and supportive throughout the entire process. He kept my sister and me regularly updated, chased progress when needed, and acted as an excellent liaison with the legal teams, taking much of the stress away from us.<br><br>Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and even when things became frustrating, Callum remained positive, approachable and reassuring. His communication was outstanding, and we always felt that he genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line.<br><br>I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Your Move Broadstairs to anyone buying or selling a property. Excellent customer service, great communication, and a real commitment to their clients. Thank you, Callum and the whole team!

Hannah has responded swiftly, and efficiently to every request or query and is always friendly and approachable. A five star service!

9th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Update-on viewing a different property recently Liam apologised for the missed viewing. He then made himself immediately available to show me the property I wanted to see in Jan 26 and 4 others in the same block even through this was not booked and he was pushed for time. I hope we can both now put this incident behind us and move on.<br><br>I traveled 225 miles to view and Liam didn’t turn up. I called their office, left a voice mail and they didn’t return my call even though the office was open because I passed later in the day and popped in. The lady did apologise but insinuated it was my fault because I booked the viewing approx. 4 weeks earlier. Still no call from Liam to this day.

30th Jul 2026 (11 days ago)We had the pleasure of working with James from Nicolas James Sales Lettings Auctions and being the first property that we were buying in the UK to live in the whole process was seamless. James checking in regularly to see how things were carrying on and had impeccable communication skills. He came with a wealth of knowledge about the local community that we were moving into and gave some great insights into schools and local clubs for our children. We are very happy with our new purchase and cannot wait to make long lasting memories together as a family.

I was impressed by the research carried out beforehand, as well as the supportive and honest dialogue during the meeting.The Broadstairs branch are so helpful and informative.<br><br>I would highly recommend Cooke & Co without reservation.

This is above and beyond just an estate agents, I couldn't have been helped anymore when getting my tenancy last week to the point Andy gave up his bank holiday weekend to spend in the office correcting a few issues that were no fault of the agents at all to make sure my moving day still went ahead just 48 hrs later. I honestly cant praise this estate agents enough. I would highly recommend 100%. Friendly and so helpful.

10th Feb 2026 (5 mo. ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
