Was very patient as at some times I was really stressed. The sale took months to go through, but finally today we completed. Thank you everyone at Park Estates. You're a great team.

We were very impressed with the number of viewings and feedback. Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you so much, I will certainly be recommending your services.

Mark Waldron has provided us with excellent help and advice throughout, from our first meeting with him for valuation purposes, then during viewings and consideration of offers, and finally helping us to navigate through exchange and completion. Mark and his team have made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible and we highly recommend them.

She is empathetic, attentive, and really takes the time to understand the details and what matters to you as a buyer. Communication has been clear and thoughtful throughout, and she strikes a great balance between professionalism and a genuinely personal approach. I only wish more estate agents operated at this level — it would make the whole process much smoother for everyone.
7th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)We were very interested in renting a property through this agent and made it clear from the outset that we needed to proceed quickly. After the initial viewing, we received a prompt call, but then communication stopped for over a week. During that time, we had to move forward with another property to avoid losing it due to the lack of response. Only after we had paid a holding deposit elsewhere did the agent come back to say the landlord wished to proceed with our original application. By that point, it was too late, and it was not reasonable to expect us to risk paying a second holding deposit. The process felt disorganised and unclear, and it came across as though we were left waiting while other applications were being assessed. A more timely and transparent approach would have made the experience far smoother
18th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.

The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

They made sure to learn as much as possible about area, viewings were well planned and we had only serious buyers through the door. When it came to offers times, we were lucky to have multiple offers and Maison team were amazing at directing us to buyer that was best fit. Support through whole process was amazing with constant status update all they way up to completion and after! Fantastic team and we will df be using them for our future sales x

He was very friendly, welcoming, and took the time to explain things clearly without making me feel pressured at all. He answered all my questions (even the basic ones!) and made the whole viewing feel relaxed and informative. As a first-time buyer, that made a big difference. Would definitely recommend if you’re new to the process and want someone approachable and helpful ??????

Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!

20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
