We were very impressed with the number of viewings and feedback. Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. Kim Batchelor was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always keeping us informed and going above and beyond to coordinate between all parties. Julie Speller provided excellent advice from the very beginning and helped us understand the process clearly. Rian, the Branch Manager, ensured everything ran smoothly, and Yvonne's administrative support kept things organised and on track. The whole team's professionalism and warmth made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. We would highly recommend Wards to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. They readily put me at ease and fully explained how the process works, given i was embarassingly clueless on many issues. They gave much needed, clear and concise information about current legislation, requirements and timescales, and kept me updated on progress during the actual lettings process. Definitely an above and beyond approach. Its given me the confidence to continue as a landord. I especially appreciate the fixed fee for clearly listed services that other companies either didnt offer or were 'add on costs'.

The level of care that was showed to both my husband and I was truly peerless in this market. Every detail was managed with impeccable taste and skill. The most important aspect of their care was their delightful service. One rarely encounters such genuine loveliness combined with such sharp business acumen and personal support for all those involved. They worked tiresome to provide a positive outcome. Thank you.
7th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)We were very interested in renting a property through this agent and made it clear from the outset that we needed to proceed quickly. After the initial viewing, we received a prompt call, but then communication stopped for over a week. During that time, we had to move forward with another property to avoid losing it due to the lack of response. Only after we had paid a holding deposit elsewhere did the agent come back to say the landlord wished to proceed with our original application. By that point, it was too late, and it was not reasonable to expect us to risk paying a second holding deposit. The process felt disorganised and unclear, and it came across as though we were left waiting while other applications were being assessed. A more timely and transparent approach would have made the experience far smoother
18th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We chose King's at Borough Green to sell my mothers house (under probate) as Jonathan was the most understanding and clear of all the Agents we tried. He was clear about the expectations and lead me to believe that the market was right to sell. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the team organised viewings and offers so that I had no hassle and was guided all the way through. Karen was brilliant at communication and chasing down the chain to see what was occurring - am sure we would not achieved a successful sale without her. In summary, I would recommend the whole team at King's.

Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

Friendly, professional, reliable, and always on top of everything, they made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother.<br>Communication was outstanding from start to finish – they were incredibly responsive, kept us updated at every stage, and were always happy to answer questions. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to help move things forward.<br><br>Kevin is a real credit to the industry and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
