26th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Hi all, reviewing this company home cloud and appreciation and gratitude of Gemma, she been helpful, polite and responsive to aspects of working along side as sub contractor to carry out various task and plumbing, she has an understanding of works and knowledge. Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma
3rd Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Terrible agency and would do everything to have your deposit not paid back to you. Charging a whopping £528 claiming there were marks and scuffs to the wall when I moved out only for an independent adjudicator to prove that only £40 would suffice to repair the said marks and scuffs. Level of extortion!!
8th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)It was a slow start with minimal viewings,but eventually we got an offer. After this the agent was always helping us keep on track with weekly updates,liasing between buyers & sellers solicitors!

They were very helpful, thoughtful and caring throughout the purchase even when it was fraught with difficulties.<br><br>We were very grateful for the professional and prompt communication, and for the balanced negotiating skills from Jeremy and we were very impressed with Neil's friendly and open manner.<br><br>We highly recommend Brown and Co.
18th Aug 2026 (27 days ago)As a buyer, Robinson Hornsby were brilliant throughout the process. They kept us up to date with any progress on the sale via email. The staff were very polite and professional. We would definitely want to use them if we were selling a property.

She is so friendly, warm and approachable, which made what can be a very stressful process much easier. Her communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt supported and kept updated. They were able to find a tenant for my three bedroom house within two weeks. 8th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I rented a property via Beecroft for 7 years. I mainly dealt with Olivia - whom I could not recommend more ?????? She is wonderful to speak to; always polite, friendly and personable, as well as being professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My home inspections were always carried out with respect by lovely local staff.<br>Problems were easy to report. Thank you to all staff for over the years - but especially Olivia - you are brilliant at what you do! ??????

1st Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)I sold my flat with Jenna a few months ago. She was so helpful in helping me through the process, brilliant in communication and always responded quickly. It was a leasehold which was an absolute nightmare to sell, but she found a buyer with a price that I was happy with. She managed to help me when my tenants left, she went above and beyond to sort out a furniture issue where things were left outside in the communal areas and also gave me meter readings as I live far from the property. She even helped me with sorting out a gas man and electrician when there was an issue. 5 stars, thank you so much Jenna.

He knew everything about the house, went into detail in each room, simple things that other estate agents don't mention such as the age of the windows etc. Was also able to answer every question.

Redroots works well with its solicitor partners, HSR Law, resulting in a seamlessly streamlined and integrated process. Despite unexpected Land Registry complications which threatened to impede progress, our personal Redroots Sales Agent gave us excellent counsel and guidance throughout. I would highly recommend Redroots for a smooth, reassuring and efficient sales experience.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
