26th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Hi all, reviewing this company home cloud and appreciation and gratitude of Gemma, she been helpful, polite and responsive to aspects of working along side as sub contractor to carry out various task and plumbing, she has an understanding of works and knowledge. Been great communication with liaising with myself and tenants to arrange access to jobs, and after care. I speak as a contractor and tenants I’ve met have said she a great asset to the company and enjoy having her as my contact to deal with home cloud clients. Absolute delight. Look forward to carrying our relationship in the 2022 year as she progresses to be a great co-ordinator to myself and tenants… Go Gemma
23rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)AI’d their photos on a house listing in Ackworth. The listing photo’s looked presentable, however when we viewed the photos were an absolute hellhole. Paul at the agency even admitted they do ‘enhance’ the photos. Don’t waste your time.

22nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Don't list your property for sale with this company if you want potential buyers to be able to view it. I've tried repeatedly by email, phone message, website forms and rightmove messages to arrange a viewing of 2 properties but no one ever responds. I see someone else reviewing had a similar experience, so if I were a seller I would just not list with them as if buyers can't view then they don't offer. Why this is, I have no idea - but as a seller I'd certainly query why they don't respond to genuine buyer enquiries, particularly from those who are ready to offer.<br><br>In 25 years of buying and selling property I've never found an agency who appears to simply ignore my enquiry. I was ready to buy, yet they have ignored my enquiries.<br><br>Awful service for an agency.<br><br>As a note to the agency, before they attempt to say it was a technology glitch: I attempted contact via multiple methods over 7 days. 1) 4 Rightmove Enquiries 2) Website Form 3) Phone Message 4) Email to the Sales Director/Head of Sales.

A special thank you to Megan and Jodie, who were fantastic throughout the entire process. They were always friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Their communication was excellent, and they kept us informed every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Their support, patience, and dedication were truly appreciated, and we always felt we were in good hands. 9th Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)We recently sold our property, which we had purchased through Dunstan's over seven years ago. As we were so satisfied with their service then, we chose to use them again. Karen and Tracey were both very professional, approachable and helpful throughout the process.... nothing was too much trouble. A lovely team, I would definitely recommend anyone to consider them if they were selling their own property, especially if it is in or around Conisbrough, as they have an excellent knowledge of this area. From the very first conversation, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in getting the best outcome for me — not just closing a deal quickly. She kept me informed at every single stage, was always quick to respond to questions (even outside normal hours), and handled the entire process smoothly despite the usual complexities of a property sale. Her market knowledge, calm, honest approach and attention to detail made what can be a stressful experience feel completely manageable. 13th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)Property was on market for 6 months and they did no of the viewings, I had to do them all. They got hardly any feedback on nearly 20 viewings and were quite rude when discussing my property with me. I wouldn’t use them again.

1st Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)I sold my flat with Jenna a few months ago. She was so helpful in helping me through the process, brilliant in communication and always responded quickly. It was a leasehold which was an absolute nightmare to sell, but she found a buyer with a price that I was happy with. She managed to help me when my tenants left, she went above and beyond to sort out a furniture issue where things were left outside in the communal areas and also gave me meter readings as I live far from the property. She even helped me with sorting out a gas man and electrician when there was an issue. 5 stars, thank you so much Jenna.

We was on the market last year for 7 months with a different estate agent and couldn’t sell our house. With Lincoln Ralph, sold in two days at the asking price. The whole team, Michael, Anthony, Graham, Nikki- absolutely outstanding. We have a stable future thanks to this team, a good estate agent makes a difference and honestly if they asked me to pay double I would have done it! Special thank you to Michael, who single handed kept our chain running and moving forward. He made sure others stuck to deadlines, constantly chasing them to get a move on. He would explain things even our solicitors wouldn’t - and never made me feel like a single question was a stupid one (yes, I asked a lot of stupid questions). Our future family, my wife, our upcoming baby all appreciate him and the team. Amazing work guys, I will never ever forget to a different estate agent in future

10th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I have had such an incredibly positive experience with 247 properties! I took a property, which unbeknownst to myself or the agency (i can not stress that enough), that was not an appropriate living situation for me and my daughter. The following day, I contacted the agency and informed them. The amount of sympathy and support I recieved was incredible. Vegas worked around the clock, with the full support of Harley, to swap me into a lovely new place which I move into shortly! The communication has been incredible, at this point I think I've probably been Vegas' full time job ???????????? but shes never complained and ALWAYS got back to me and been on the other end of the phone when I've needed her. The way she's fought my corner....there are truly no words that would be great enough! But thank you guys so so much! ?? highly recommend this company and i have done so to friends of mine!
2nd Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Trying to find the right estate agent is a minefield!! Fortunately I backed a winner with Shaun McArthur and his wonderful team and am more than delighted! From my first contact with Shaun himself, everything was perfect and when I visited the office I was welcomed like an old friend. Matt has been very helpful, keeping me informed at every stage of the proceedings and we have enjoyed talking about our shared love of motorbikes!<br>Although the legal side of my property sale has been protracted and made tortuous by the buyers' solicitors, an inept leasehold management company and "red tape", I cannot fault McArthur Estate Agency at all and will certainly recommend them to my family and friends.<br>Thank you for your help, great sense of humour and friendship over these difficult few months. 17th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Thats rare, that's real service with a no problem is too much attitude. He made everything smooth. If your looking for a hands on estate agent who gives a proper service. Then I recommend this company. You will be in safe hands.
