They were very professional, efficient and slick which helped the transaction complete on time. 7th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)Amazing service from Warners - all staff were attentive and supportive from the beginning. Even with a sale fall through and having to go back on the market, they helped ease the upset of what was a really upsetting time, found me a new buyer and completed 6 weeks later. Cannot fault their service, Caitlin Meaney was my negotiator and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble and gave fantastic advice / came across very knowledgeable on the market for the area and time I was selling. Would 100% recommend Warners, and have already done so to a few also looking to sell. I met with around 4 estate agencies total and Warners were the clear choice from the start. Thanks so much for all your help! We now have sold our flat and purchased our forever family home and couldn’t have done it without your help.

17th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I resent giving 1 star but you have to press on a star to get the point of being able to write something. This agency does not operate on the basis of managing and looking after your properties. They will quickly fill your property with the worst type of tenant and take no responsibility when it all fails. They take days to provide feedback, if at all. There is no transparency and when they do engage on your feedback about poor service generally it’s a list of excuses and no action. There is a sprinkling of good people among them who work hard and I have no doubt that the only reason the lights are on. Very very poor. If you are a landlord and need property managed - Stay away at all costs.

8th Apr 2024 (17 days ago)We were delighted to work with McDougall McQueen on the purchase of our new property, having had a great experience on a previous purchase. Most recently, our solicitor Susan Oates managed our sale and purchase transactions with great professionalism, managing to negotiate a rather complex missives agreement ahead of our planned completion date, while keeping us informed and updated at all times. The excellent service has continued after the sale was completed while we closed out a number of material issues with our property. I would be happy to recommend McDougall McQueen and consider their services to provide excellent value for money and help to take the stress out of a house move.
3rd Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)(While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters. Consequently, I have incurred substantial financial losses due to the failure of Simpson & Marwick to deliver on their commitments.
4th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)Amazing!! second time I have used Stuart and Clyde to sell a property and again was seamless, efficient, always kept you in the loop and had my property on the market, listed and sold within 3 weeks start to finish. Hazel and Iona were so great and were all over it, really make you feel like you are the only client they have. Would absolutely recommend!

Cameron was hugely professional, communicative, supportive and kept us informed throughout the sales process. I have no hesitation in recommending Savills, based on our experience with Cameron alone.
2nd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)We rented from Zone lettings for one year and would highly recommend the company, our agent Ross was professional, friendly and very efficient in dealing with all queries and minor maintenance issues were always resolved promptly and to a high standard.
13th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)Upon moving out, I repeatedly contacted them to release my deposit. Unfortunately, even after a month has passed, my deposit remains unreleased. Following persistent follow-ups, they informed me that they had hired a "sparkle clean" service and would be sending me an invoice for the cleaning expenses. Ironically, I had already hired a professional cleaner to ensure the property was left in impeccable condition before my departure. The house was in a cleaner state than when I first moved in. It is disheartening to note that despite my efforts and the clear state of the property, they continue to withhold my deposit. Their reluctance to return the deposit, coupled with their evasive actions, strongly suggests unethical practices. They are absolute scammers, and I strongly advise others to avoid engaging with them at any cost.

The brochure they produced was fantastic and the whole process was managed for us, which took all the stress of selling away. Greig was great at keeping us up to date with viewings and overall we had a great experience. I would recommend and will be using again in the future. Thankyou
