The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. Highly recommended!

In a difficult market they had our property under offer in less than four weeks and, despite a few unexpected twists, negotiated our way through to completion expertly. Their communication was good and we always felt well supported throughout the process. All things considered we were very happy with the service we received.

They kept us updated throughout the entire process, were always approachable, and never came across as pushy or sales-driven.<br><br>I will certainly be looking to use them when we decide to sell and move home.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. 9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Do not waste ur time if ur black skin they will refuse u they are racist attended a viewing no one else even was there to view it the whole house was empty full of rooms and they lied and said other people got accepted only for them to send me the same viewing in a email days later for. Viewing at the same house by accident because they thought I was someone else and they was clearly desperate to get someone to rent it they did it even ask for any references or anything of what I’m entitled to nothing just jumped to conclusion straight away and ur if reading this dont waste ur time like I did complete racisim
