The entire process was transparent and clear, with no grey areas. Having had a different experience with another agent in the past, I knew I would appreciate this. John not only spent a lot of time on the central aspects of the purchase, but also supported me with the preliminaries (e.g. finding the right insurance). Thanks also to the whole team. Highly recommended!

We dealt with Chris and he was a really nice, genuine, helpful person. It really makes a difference dealing with someone who goes above and beyond especially when buying a property for the first time which is obviously stressful! Worth mentioning Dan as well who was really nice and helpful too. Would highly recommend!

12th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)I've been a tenant with Capital Homes for almost 10 years, and I just wanted to leave a review regarding George, who has helped me tremendously with my maintenance issues.<br><br>There were some hiccups when it came to refurbishing my home because I was still occupying the property, but thankfully, George came through for me. I now practically have a brand new house!<br><br>I'm so happy and thankful for George's hard work, dedication, and commitment to ensuring that my children and I have a beautiful place to call home. His help and support have made such a huge difference, and I truly appreciate everything he has done for us.<br><br>My children and I are going to have a lovely Christmas in our new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. From the very beginning of the process right through to completion, the service we received was exceptional.<br><br>We always felt that everything was being handled professionally and that we were being kept fully informed. Communication was excellent throughout, and whenever we had a question or needed an update, we received a prompt, helpful and reassuring response.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. I found them to be very professional, knowledge and they have me some great tips in order to finally sell my home. We went ahead with Big Black Hen and there suggestions and hey presto, our house sold. Ive since recommend Big Black Hen to my friends and family. Great service

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

I’m for more than 6 years with them all the time they are trying to resolve all the matters that we have on the property. For rent definitely the price are good so if you planned to move definitely give them a call they are 5 stars .

Any questions that I had have been promptly dealt with. I was able to move in to my new place reasonably quickly. I have also been contacted by few other agents at VIA Properties and with confidence can recommend these estate agents to others.

Honestly Edward was a really nice polite staff helping us move into a new house with in just 1 week. His professional guidance and efficient process made the process very smooth and stress-free through out the whole 1 week process. We really appreciated his clear and positive communication and dedication to ensuring both parties were satisfied. Thanks to his support, we are now comfortably settled into our new home with my fiance ??????????????????.
17th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)We didn't end up going ahead with our sale in the end - some family timing meant it wasn't the right moment for us - but I wanted to leave a review anyway because Tom was excellent throughout and I wouldn't hesitate to use him when we do sell.<br><br>He came across as genuinely thorough from the first meeting, not just a sales pitch. He talked us through the marketing price versus what we might actually achieve, was clear about how the launch and pre-launch process works, and didn't try to rush us into anything. When we told him our circumstances had changed, he was completely understanding and no pressure about it, which honestly says a lot about how he'd handle things once you're actually on the market too.<br><br>If you're weighing up agents in the Edmonton area, I'd put him on your shortlist. Thorough, straightforward, no hard sell.

20th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Firstly I like to thank Peter, Ted and Joe for being an absolutely friendly, super efficient and professional service they provided.<br>I started selling my house with another local company I was with them for 10 weeks and not one viewing. I was then recommended Peter Cuffaro from a friend and never regretted it.<br>Peter and his team are excellent from the start, from evaluation to completion.<br>Photos were very impressive (even I was tempted to buy my own house). They recommended a solicitor who they work with and have a great communication. The solicitor was also an excellent choice. The team showed people around my house with professionalism and respect to my home. Every step of the way I had good communication from them. If you asked a question they're knowledgeable with answers if they didn't know they'll find out and get back to you. Peter and his team did not just help the selling of my property they helped with the purchase of another which wasn't even in their area. Their goal was to take as much pressure of you and to make sure the transaction of both properties go through as smoothly as possible. Buying a property these days is a different concept to about 15-20 years ago, more stressful and confusing but this team helped me all the way.<br>If I could give them 6 stars I would.<br>Forget about other Estate agents in the area Peter Cuffaro is the only one to go to.
