4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Kieran was very helpful and available to us throughout the sales process, even when he became a father, which is very committed to the cause! Hamptons are lucky to have such a dedicated staff member. He always got back to us when he said he would. There were a couple of problems at the start with the initial engagement contract with Hamptons but these, along with some general issues that I’m sure most, if not all house sales have, were sorted quickly and efficiently by Kieran which is what any seller needs. Thank you :-)

4th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)Our attitude about estate agents prior to meeting Nick and his team was very negative , “Money for old rope” “they just take a few pictures and do nothing else”. HOW WRONG WERE WE. Nick and his team were amazing throughout the process and we are recommending everyone we speak to that if they ever want to sell a property then they should go to Nick Griffith. Their attention to detail and onboarding process is fair, transparent and friendly. Throughout the viewing process they were honest, fair, respectful, tenacious, courteous but also salesy when needed to get the job done. During contract stage - they were just WOW. Chasing everything through, liaising with all parties and really working the chain to achieve success, well done all at Nick Griffith. These guys certainly earn their money and certainly are a firm to deal with in Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. We feel lucky to have met Nick and the team and we owe them a big thank you as we are writing this review sat in our new home (also bought through Nick) loving life!

Callum Jones dealt with matters and was always available to discuss matters. He and Richard Murray gave us good, clear considered advice at every point of the transaction and liaised with the buyers at key points to ensure matters went smoothly. They also have excellent local knowledge and produced a very impressive sale package. The whole team is highly professional, pleasant to deal with and my sister and I felt able to trust them to produce the right result. We would highly recommend them.

20th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)I wholeheartedly recommend Fine and Country to sell your property. My cottage, whilst beautiful was very niche and took a while to sell in this challenging market. Their marketing was second to none. The photos great and 360 video looked really professional. Clive, Helio and the support team were straight forward to work with and I trusted the advice they offered me. They made me feel I was client. Importantly, I always knew what was happening, they are proactive and genuinely on top of the details. My previous experience with other agents in the Stroud area was disappointing. They all had excellent skills in winning my business but lacked follow through once they had my property to market.
29th May 2026 (21 days ago)Had a house on sale through Perry Bishop Nailsworth. The property was on sale for 12 weeks, it did not sell, the photos were very underwhelming. During our 28 day notice period, we had no contact or viewings booked in. And then we had a circa £400 fee to pay for the poor 16 week service which was not well communicated. We also received threatening emails chasing this £400. Would avoid if possible.

A special thank you to the Sales Manager Matt, who was outstanding throughout the entire process, he was always approachable, understanding and incredibly helpful whenever we had questions or concerns. What really stood out for me was how much effort he put into keeping things moving and preventing the sale from stalling. His intervention and regular communication made a huge difference. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Parkers to anyone looking to buy or sell a property and are very grateful for all their hard work. Thank you again for helping us secure our new home.

6th May 2025 (1 year ago)Harry Pearson of the Cirencester office helped and guided us through the process. He was super efficient and we very much enjoyed working with him and his team. Particular thanks for dealing so effectively with the solicitors for both sides and eliminating what can otherwise be somewhat stressful.

Only issue was that sometimes I explained to one agent about repairs happening on the home but this did not seem to be communicated to other agents who were showing the home, so prospective buyers did not know this (I was asked questions by an agent after a viewing for something I already communicated)

Georgia Stephens has been part of that journey for many of those years I will admit that, when the company changed hands and they lost Nicola I was concerned However, Georgia has turned out to be a real asset for Belvoir. She understands that tenants are humans, and she shows empathy and care in her dealings and communications. She has gone above and beyond for me over the years, while still staying impartial and looking after the landlords interests and being open and fair. I am now in a new property, not under the remit of Belvoir. I can’t give glowing reports for everyone - but Georgia absolutely deserves it - her service and approach has at times restored my faith in Belvoir and has injected a much needed personable approach. I hope that they recognise this and she is equally appreciated there by her colleagues and superiors!
