6th Mar 2024 (6 weeks ago)I first met Paul and Tanya when I bought my house, nearly a decade ago. When it came to selling it I didn’t hesitate to contact Clarke Gammon again. In my experience they have always been friendly, polite and professional. If you are like me and appreciate the extra attention to detail then I would recommend using them. Somebody from the team is always available to receive calls and reply to emails promptly. Selling or buying a house is not always plain sailing so you want a good agent like them to help resolve issues efficiently and effectively. I am happy to say that the house I am buying is through them also. Thanks to everybody at the Haslemere office! Tanya was very helpful, all the time she worked on our house sale. Always friendly, prompt with communications and happily to provide helpful advice. It was a shame that she moved to a different job prior to completion. However, this was fine because Paul took over the reigns with the same level of care and attention. Friendly and helpful people that clearly enjoy their job, and it shows. Update on purchase: This will be the third time I have had the good fortune to be using the services of Clarke Gammon Haslemere. In my experience everybody at the Haslemere office has always been top class. This purchase, like any other, has had testing moments but Paul did everything humanly possible to help. Often going beyond what you would expect of an estate agent. Communication and promptness was second to none. Thanks very much and I do hope our paths cross in the future. Although we are very happy with the new house so won’t be moving anytime soon.

Rachelle and Stuart were incredibly professional, treating all interested parties honestly and fairly and thereafter super accommodating in facilitating access for various reasons pre-sale. Their paperwork and thoroughness was also first rate. Would strongly recommend!
18th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)Barrington & Company have a well earned right to be the No 1 Estate Agent in Petworth, surrounding areas and West Sussex. Nigel expertly helped us find the perfect purchaser for a remote farm house with 27 acres of land. Despite a generally sluggish market he created allot of interest and offers culminating in a winning asking price offer. The service didn't end there because Nigel was on hand to guide both parties through the sale process to a conclusion that left everyone very happy - not an easy task. I recommend Barrington & Co and know that the service and property skills they provide their Clients will be rewarded.

30th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I have no hesitation in recommending RH and RW Clutton. They were always there to answer queries and guided me through my house sale. They were extremely Covid aware and their protocols were excellent. It’s safe to say mine was not an easy sale, but they never gave up or lost interest. Moving house is a costly business but I most certainly did not begrudge paying them their commission as they well and truly earned it. Thank you so much Peter and Pippa.

31st Oct 2020 (3 years ago)In two words, VERY DISAPPOINTING. All talk and false promises, and little or no positive action to do what they are paid to do, which is to actually sell your Property. After 21 weeks they 'managed' to generate Three viewings, One 'no show' and Two vague expressions of interest. Their Customer Service is absymal. Phone Calls and emails expressing concern not answered or responded to. Do not bother to waste your time with this Estate Agent. There are other's who are more pro-active, undertake much better Marketing, and frankly do a far better job.

Matthew was so helpful throughout the whole process and smooth lined the whole thing including chasing up our solicitors to help keep things moving along. Having dealt with many estate agents over the home buying process I can honestly say the team at Mansel McTaggart Billingshurst stand towers above the rest, including our own estate agent for our associated sale. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Thanks again and fingers crossed for a smooth completion day ????

The efficency of team in both the sale and purchase of the properties has been top level. Keith, Nikki, Lyndsey, Joanna and Ali have been so helpful and informative throughout the whole process which was completed within 8 weeks of ours going on the market to exchanging! They were far superior to any other estate agents we dealt with, highly professional but also friendly and very understanding when we had to delay due to mums illness and didn't pressure us at all. I honestly don't know how we would have got through the moving process without Kate. Thank you so much to Kate and everyone else we dealt with at Knight Frank.

11th Nov 2022 (1 year ago)The estate agency world often gets a bad name but I have nothing but positive words to say about the guys at Noah’s - they feel like a different breed! I mostly dealt with Kourosh as a buyer and he knew exactly the type of property I was looking for. He gave me great insight on the market with no fluff or nonsense and went above and beyond throughout the purchase. So much so that when the seller ended up leaving a load of furniture in the house after completion, both Jacob and Kourosh came in the Noah’s van to pick it all up after the sale which I thought was awesome. Top guys who with strong integrity.
