5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)????????????the worst agency no responsibility for 4 months<br>They wrote many times that the house is in an emergency situation We informed them that we were leaving the house, and they started threatening not to return the deposit We reported that the house was falling apart They said the house is 100% safe. They didn't even come to see what condition the house was in.<br>All the doors in the house did not close, so they lived with the doors open<br>Do not rent from these companies under any circumstances You will regret it very much.<br>And we don't want to, leave them. So we filed a lawsuit against them.??????????????????

Richard helped us to navigate the whole process really effectively really good clear and efficient communication. Nothing was to was much trouble. Richard ensured the sale was completed in good time and was always communicating with all parties involved and kept us informed every step of the way.<br>He is personable, reliable and someone you can trust. Would highly recommend RL Morris to anyone looking to sell or buy in the area as you will recieve a more personal service then that offered by some of the larger chains.<br>Cant thank Richard enough!

24th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I dealt with several of the team at Neil King and found them all extremely professional, patient and full of good advice throughout the year-long process of listing my property, relisting it after various offers fell through, showing dozens of viewers around and dealing with a lot of back-and-forth between me, my eventual buyer and our solicitors. In the end my property went for exactly what Neil thought it was worth. So if you're looking for an agency who actually know the most up-to-date market conditions specific to South Woodford, this is the right one. I can't praise them highly enough.

She made everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the start. Kriztina explained everything clearly and in detail, and she patiently answered every question we asked. We met her a few times during our search, and each time she was just as welcoming and helpful. As I am dyslexic, I especially appreciated how patient and understanding she was with me. It meant a lot and made the whole experience much easier. Although I am no longer looking for a property, I would like to wish her all the very best for the future. This team was professional, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to help us supporting us in tough times, when dealing with property issues was very stressful. Communication was always clear, and I felt supported at every step of my renting time. Dealing with Estateology, and with Sam, is a luck in London — where the qualities above are hard to find. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)I have dealt with Mirko in 2020 when he managed to get my property rented in less than a week. I look forward to dealing with them in future when I need to find a new tenant.<br><br>This is an update as I wanted to make sure that this review is published. This is at least the third time now I have used Settle East to help me rent out my property. The last time was in August 2023 and now again in August 2026. I was away for the entire process and had to rely on Mirko and his team to resolve issues the new tenant raised at the last minute regarding some of the furniture which needed removing. They also sorted out a new EIRC to make things compliant. The whole experience was very easy for me as they did all the hard work. A thank you to Elif as well who managed most of the details. Not sure what else to say other than I have had positive experiences each time I have used them.
5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.<br><br>It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.<br><br>He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.<br><br>There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you so much for helping us finally get the keys to our first home!
