19th Mar 2026 (19 weeks ago)Everytime I enquire about a property for sell this agent is advertising. The first question they ask is 'Do you have a property for sell'. They take all your personal details and at the end don't give a date for viewing. This happened on several occasions, I have now stopped enquiring. I believe this is a fishing tactic to get peoples information and if they can find a person who is looking to sell. I would not ever buy or sell a property through them.

13th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)The Woodbury Homes team has been great throughout the whole process, from initial viewing to completion. Jamie was great during the negotiation phase, and extremely helpful and remained available until the very end. Leanne kept the progress going very smoothly, and was also always available to explain and assist with things we did not understand. Finally, if you need a Mortgage broker i would highly recommend Nicki who works independently inside Woodbury Homes - Her expertise and connections saved our purchase!
12th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Service was amazing, highly recommend these estate agents. Mike Driver, the branch manager, was great from start to finish. We appreciated his honesty, transparency, and his willingness to go above and beyond. He helped us chase the vendor's solicitors and was responsive over the phone. The staff were also very helpful and lovely, taking great notes and collaborating with each other well. I highly recommend, and will look to contact them again if we are in the market again. P.s. this was a review I gave in July 2021, but didnt get published!!
16th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Was dealt the worst tenancy of my life through Lifestyle Property. Within 3 weeks of living at the flat we were burgled, front door was taken off the wall so we had no choice but to phone the landlord and was told we ‘ruined his Sunday evening’. The property made us all severely sick for months at the result of black mould. We had doctors notes and the landlord disregarded all proof that the mould was a result of poor insulation. Adam and the management team at Lifestyle property were reluctant to help in anyway, Adam asked us to send him evidence of the flat and instead of giving advice, he ignored emails and decided he no longer wanted to help. Useless estate agents and I would advise anyone to stay away from Lifestyle property, especially if the landlord is Lee Poppy.
2nd Mar 2026 (22 weeks ago)If you can avoid renting from these people, do. Despite several good reviews I have to say I had a terrible experience with R L Morris. I moved into a flat managed by them in January 2025 and work promised was not done - kitchen tap flew off in my face, for instance. I had a succession of issues - a ceiling leak that took four months to fix, an ancient fridge freezer with a bottom drawer just a solid frozen block - their response to this was for me to defrost it for three days! There is not always an emergency contact in place at weekends, so if you run into trouble, most of the time you're on your own. Finally they gave me notice, saying that the owner wanted to sell the flat, but that was a lie because it's back on Rightmove for rent again! 246 Albert Road E10. Everything is clapped out in the flat, I repainted and was promised £300 to compensate but never got it. Previous tenants said they had the same issues.

They are professional, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process.<br>Their knowledge of the property market and straightforward advice gave me complete confidence every step of the way. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy

22nd Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very poor experience from start to finish. I called on Saturday and was told they would check with the current tenants and arrange a viewing. They booked me in for 15:00, but when I called to confirm they went silent and stopped responding.<br><br>I chased again on Monday and they rearranged the viewing for 13:15. I arrived at 13:17. As I pulled up in my car the agent was already leaving, and we made eye contact. It was obvious I was there for the property, yet he carried on walking off, later claiming he assumed I wasn't coming. He couldn't wait even two minutes. When he finally came back to show me the property, he was abrupt, barely spoke to me, and gave the impression he had no interest in showing it at all.<br><br>When I asked about any flexibility on the rent, he told me he already had four other offers, all at the full asking price of £1,375, and that all four had already paid deposits.<br><br>Afterwards I messaged to ask about the council tax and to let them know I liked the property and wanted to put in an offer. Again, no reply. They simply ghosted me.<br><br>A complete lack of basic customer service and common courtesy. I would not recommend dealing with this agency.

The entire team was professional, friendly, and always willing to help throughout the process.<br><br>A special thanks to Ahmed, who went above and beyond to assist me. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and always available to answer my questions and provide guidance whenever I needed it.<br><br>I would also like to thank Anushma, Harsha, and Hema for their outstanding support. 9th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)I am disgusted by the way [Cranbrook letting Ltd] treats people. We viewed a property and were explicitly told by the agent that the house was ours and we could proceed with the rental. We started making plans and stopped looking at other places based on their word. ?However, shortly after, they went behind our backs and gave the house to someone else without a word of explanation. This level of dishonesty is appalling. ?To make matters worse, the stress and disappointment caused by this agency's lies literally made my mother sick. We spent time, energy, and hope on this, only to be treated like we didn't matter. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and have zero compassion for the families they deal with. If you want an agency that keeps its promises, look elsewhere."

Compared to some of my previous experiences with bigger names in the market, the team are Alter and Cope really stood out. They were highly responsive, professional and proactive whenever we sought their help. All maintenance requests were handled efficiently, and we always felt well supported as tenants.
