I mainly dealt with John Ramsey , and his expert advice, guidance and constant support were truly helpful throughout. She took the time to really understand what we were looking for, and instead of just showing us properties, she genuinely listened. She suggested a property that we may not have considered ourselves, and it turned out to be our dream home—it ticked every single box we had been looking for.
Throughout the whole process, Fiona was professional, friendly, and incredibly supportive. She kept us informed every step of the way, was always available to answer our questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier. Her knowledge, dedication, and genuine care for her clients really shine through.
We are so grateful to Fiona for helping us find our dream home. We genuinely don’t think we’d be where we are today without her guidance and expertise. 20th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)It is hard to know where to begin. I found the attitude of the senior staff at the Banstead office to be arrogant, misogynistic and bombastic. Despite often making major errors such as leaving the back door unlocked after a viewing or leaving lights on in the house so when it got dark the house could be seen from outside or on one occasion leaving the list of the day's viewings for the agent with names, addresses, emails, key codes and price limits on my breakfast bar- there was little or no humility or apology but rather a feeling that they were always right. They tried to pressurise me into reducing the price after just 3 weeks despite it being the middle of August and when they gave information to my ex husband that was not helpful I phoned to state it had caused an issue and they said, "It isn't my fault you are going through a messy divorce". They lacked all compassion, care and professionalism. I will never recommend them or go into their office ever again. It is interesting to note that when the house did sell it was not them that showed them round but myself (as it was a Sunday) and if it hadn't been for the estate agent I was buying from (Andrews) being so brilliant chasing up and down the chain I honestly think we still wouldn't be moved now.

If it weren’t for you our chain would have fallen through so we are so grateful! Your communication and follow up was fantastic- would highly recommend using this team to sell your house.

17th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Went down auction route , communication poor , didn’t return calls , over valued property, when asked to supply solicitors had to chase up to find who was dealing with it ! Not very impressed with whole experience so far , have used Cobham branch before with move and that was brilliant no issues ! Will wait to see final outcome!

31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing.
during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism.
at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given.
completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..

They made our experience really positive and stress free.

He recently sold our Mother's house in Ashtead, which had a few hiccups along the way and took a long time to get over the finish line. Mark remained calm throughout and gave us good guidance, in what was for us an emotional and difficult time.

Jack was excellent — professional, trustworthy, responsive and always helpful, keeping us informed throughout the last 6months and making the whole process of purchasing our first home as smooth as possible. He was chasing things up and really made it stress free for us. We are very grateful to him, thank you very much Jack.
A big thank you also to Cedric, Erin and Arrabella for all of their help along the way. A great team and a service we'd happily recommend to others.

27th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Ralph James while trying to rent a property at Helena House, Royal Earlswood, ahead of starting my new job at East Surrey Hospital.
I viewed the property with an agent named Hugo Cina. Following the viewing, I received what appeared to be legitimate emails containing the tenancy agreement and payment instructions. During the process, I was told that iI needed to pay the 5 weeks rent as deposit at first, and then told to pay 2 weeks rent as deposit for them to send me the contract letter. When I questioned why I was being asked to pay more than the usual holding deposit- which is one week's rent, I was encouraged to make the payment quickly so that the tenancy could proceed.
I subsequently received bank account details that I was told belonged to the landlord and, relying on those instructions and the accompanying telephone conversations, transferred £346. I have retained copies of the emails, call records and payment confirmation.
The following day, when I contacted the agency, I was informed by a senior member of staff, Sam, that their email system had been compromised. Since then, despite numerous phone calls and emails to both Sam and the Head of Lettings, Katie, I have received no meaningful response or assistance regarding the money I lost.
I have now submitted a formal police report regarding the suspected fraud. The lack of communication and support from the agency after being informed of the incident has been extremely disappointing.
Whether the payment resulted from a compromise of their systems or another cause is something for the relevant authorities to investigate. However, as a prospective tenant, I acted entirely in good faith, relying on communications that appeared to come directly from the agency.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend using this agency. I hope they improve their security, communication and support for customers who find themselves in situations like mine.
I would not recommend their services as they are not secure, professional and aren't helpful at all.

They were really fast with their responses and Nick was especially brilliant in sorting everything out and giving advice. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or to let. Thank you
