12th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I find the way our applications have been handled to be highly unprofessional.<br><br>While I understand that sometimes a landlord may choose another applicant, this has now happened three times. That is not something that can simply be put down to bad luck. Each time, we receive updates from your agency and respond promptly, but then we are left waiting for one or two days without any clear communication. During that time, we are led to believe that we may still receive an offer, only to later find out that the property has been given to someone else.<br><br>What is most frustrating is the lack of transparency. If there is an issue with our application, or if the landlord is not interested in renting to us, I would much rather be told directly and honestly. Repeatedly keeping us waiting and giving us hope, only for the property to go to someone else, is unfair and wastes our time.<br><br>At this stage, it genuinely feels as though your agency is not interested in renting a property to us. If that is the case, it would have been far more professional to communicate that clearly from the beginning rather than keeping us waiting.<br><br>This is now the third time we have experienced the same situation with your agency, and it has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Because of this experience, I would not recommend your agency to others.

Communication with Laura has been great and she has been keeping us updated - also been very helpful when we’ve had any questions or requested information. It’s been a very pleasant experience. The whole process has been very straightforward and I like how Jackie Quinn are very transparent and provide all documentation needed and the process is thorough but feels relaxed. Thanks again! Danielle in particular has been outstanding. She has been persistent, flagged potential risks earlier, and been exceptional at keeping us up to date. It has made all the difference working with such an empathetic and hard working person who has helped us get over the line after 16 months. Could not recommend Move Revolution enough.
23rd May 2026 (29 days ago)I first met Lucy when she showed me around the property I have now purchased. From the very beginning, she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Lucy was highly professional whilst maintaining a warm and friendly approach. She was able to answer most of the questions I had regarding the property and, for anything she was unsure of, she ensured I received a response either the same day or shortly afterwards. Lucy went above and beyond throughout the purchasing process, making sure I was never left out of the loop. Regular updates by phone and email meant I always felt informed and reassured during what can often be a stressful time. Her warm, approachable manner made the whole experience far easier to manage and I genuinely felt very well looked after. Even when Lucy was unavailable, her colleague Laura stepped in and ensured I continued to receive excellent support. Nothing was ever too much trouble. From start to finish, I felt valued and supported, and I would highly recommend Jackson-Stops to anyone looking for a professional, caring and reliable estate agent.

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

There was always an update email or call about viewings and we were kept in the loop the whole time. The process was made easy and we would definitely use them again if we ever move!

29th May 2026 (23 days ago)I cannot thank Monochrome and in particular Isabelle with the purchase of my mums house. Despite several struggles with the sale of Mums house, Isabelle ensured we were able to continue with the onward purchase from Monochrome. Isabelle was constantly keeping us updated and liaising with the seller so that, despite a very long delay, we were able to eventually complete the sale and move. Without her help I have no doubt this chain would have fallen through, and I cannot thank her enough for her support and care, despite us not even being her client. I wish our estate agent had given us the same care and attention that Monochrome gave us! She’s a credit to her profession.
3rd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Ben put through a circular through the letterbox about offering an appraisal on my rental property. He was prompt, efficient and professional in arranging this on the same day and placed it on Rightmove the next day. Ben was not able to secure a tenant as he was beaten by the existing agency, who had the property on before Andrews. I was disappointed it wasn't Ben as we got on really well and I had alot of faith in his endeavours...he also offered a better rate. I have said that I would definitely spread the word of his great service to people I know who are looking for tenants and will also make him my first port of call for my next tenancy
