11th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Davies Property Management have managed my property for 20 years.<br>I have had excellent service, reliable, knowledgeable and consistant.<br>Dave Jones, Head of Property Management, has been outstanding in helping me and has taken the responsibility for a property that I now have problems in visiting.<br>Dave has dealt with difficult situations and tenants ensuring that the property is well maintained and meets all legal standards required.<br>I cannot recommend Dave enough and the service he provides to ensure your property is well looked after, especially as the regulations governing Landlords ever increase.<br>Dave and his team go the extra mile!<br><br>Turning to Mike Wallis , Davies Bespoke/Davies Property Partners, who handled the sale of my property.<br>I had to entrust the sale to Mike, being no longer able to make long journeys easily. The guidance and service I received was 5 star. Mike is very knowledgable and has great expertise in managing the ups and downs of the "chain".<br>He is very organised and an excellent communicator.<br>Without him the process would have been hard work and worrying,. He achieved the sale price which I had hoped for.<br>I cannot recommend him enough to entrust with the sale of your property.<br>He and his team worked hard and fully deserve their commission!
8th Feb 2026 (25 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

She went above and beyond to help with everything, and she dealt with things quickly and efficiently. I would recommend her to anyone selling their home, she was just brilliant and made what could have been a very stressful experience so stress free with constant communication and support.

I can’t speak highly enough of his company.<br>The people working along side of him ( Heidi ) have been nothing short of amazing. Can’t thank you all enough. Look forward to the next remortgage.

I have mainly spoken with Kai, who has always been very prompt to respond (when not available, the rest of the team have stepped in to make the process seamless) and is always willing to help. When viewing properties, he was informative but allowed for looking without being overbearing. Overall very happy with the service!

From the first house till the first interaction and throughout the process I cannot fault anyone in the team …. I didn’t feel as if I was dealing with strangers it was like telling a friend what I was looking for in my next home and they listened understood and the first property I was shown was the one for us … it just goes to show that the agents know exactly what a buyer wants and keep their needs in mind when short listing properties for you …. We have zero hiccups dealing with the agency the lovely Fran is such a great agent who is as excited as you are about the property she finalises then not to forget Lauren and Natasha who have been amazing when I couldn’t find Fran and was freaking out lolll … if you are a first time buyer I would definitely recommend them the best interest when helping you find your forever home ….

Rachel's proactive approach with constant communication has been really impressive. I feel we were very fortunate to choose Halliwell Marks over all the other local estate agents. They were extremely communicative throughout, answering all queries almost instantaneously for our house sale.<br><br>Tom took his time providing a fair estimate for the house and giving clear evidence to support this. Thy arranged a few off market viewings for us and managed to get several other viewings as soon as it went on market.<br><br>There was good organisation for the viewings and Kristen and Ollie clearly took time to know the property inside out when showing people around.<br><br>The whole process went far smoother than expected and we're really happy with the service provided by LOFT. I can't recommend them highly enough!
