Adam Burlison and his team guided us through a tricky purchase and, put simply, went way above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we completed our purchase and got into our new home before Christmas. We are confident in saying our transaction would not have completed without the support of Adam and his super positive and supportive team. From the start of our house search they were the only Estate Agents in Esher to take us seriously as buyers, showing us three houses in the same week on a specific estate where they are experts and clearly the preferred agency by the residents on that estate. Their investment in us paid off as we persevered with a very complex and lengthy transaction that many buyers would have walked away from. Could not recommend them highly enough.

10th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We moved into our rented house, paid deposit and advanced rent. As soon as we moved in the boiler broke down. We have been over 5 days without heat and hot water. The plumber who they sent advised us that extensive works should have been done to the boiler prior to us moving in .Jasper and Emma at Redhill Connells mannerisms towards us has been one of "We'll get it repaired when we can" The landlord offered compensation not enough to cover even the cheapest of hotels , when we argued this point and mentioned litigation proceedings, Emma came back with a threatening email that we accept the offer before end of day Friday or it's off the table. We are now on Sunday still with no heating or hot water. We have contacted the council Environmental health department about this so they are aware of our situation. We are a full time working couple. I urge any one reading this to think carefully before using Connells, their nonchalant, threatening tactics are so completely unacceptable ,when they have tenants who have been without hot water and heating for over 6 consecutive days. Please take our ongoing experience and use another firm of estate agents who care about the health of tenants living in properties that they manage. We have a paper trail to confirm all that has been sent in this review.

Ed, our assigned agent, demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about the local market and a keen understanding of our specific needs and preferences. His expertise and guidance were invaluable as we navigated through the sometimes daunting process of purchasing a home. He was always readily available to address any questions or concerns we had, promptly responding to emails and calls with clarity and patience. Moreover, the entire team at Patrick-Gardner demonstrated a high level of professionalism and efficiency. From arranging viewings to handling negotiations and paperwork, they streamlined the entire process, making it surprisingly seamless and hassle-free.

18th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Hi all, If your reading this your probably considering a property with cubix or for cubix to manage your property - just avoid cubix at all costs for your own sake. I stayed in a flat with cubix for 1 year. I don't know where to start of the issues we had with them. There was just too many. A example, before we moved into the flat - we was ensured the flat would be professionally cleaned. We was abit worried as we seen mould and dirt within the inventory report but we was assured all will be cleaned by professionals and they will use high quality cleaning products. We moved into a very dirty flat such as food marks and stains in the kitchen, table, cobwebs around, hair. The flat was just not cleaned at all. I had to contact them and send pictures which it took more than 2 weeks to get a cleaner out. I was happy to know a professional cleaner is coming and I can be around..... the "professional cleaner" came in which was a young man in jeans, couldn't understand English and had only a backpack with him containing 2 sprays. Just a complete joke They are very unprofessional, if you want anything done or help with anything - you have to chase them more than once. Raste is the only person who can sort any problem and the team all seem clueless to what's going on. Glad I have nothing to do with them anymore. The landlord also changed agencies to manage his flat.

Communication between all the parties was brilliant for the start ensuring that the sale/purchase kept up momentum & within 4 months the sale completed. Would certainly recommend Robert Leech if you are looking to sell your home.

He had the house on the market before the others had even sent a photographer round , by the time they had, laurels had sold the property ( 8 days ) for the price we wanted. Again through the whole process Fraser kept us informed and nothing was to much trouble for him, I think Laurels are lucky to have him . And would highly recommend laurels ????????????????????

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
