9th Sep 2026 (11 days ago)Avoid them, rude and unethical practices<br><br>Avoid renting here at all costs. Our move-out and tenancy experience with this agency, and specifically our property manager Christina, was defined by rude correspondence, intimidation tactics, and highly unethical financial practices.<br><br>Despite paying our rent in full, they attempted to double-charge us over at checkout. Worse, they tried to unlawfully retain a huge portion of our deposit using completely fabricated charges. They billed us a huge "redecoration fee" for standard wear-and-tear and attempted to charge us for pre-existing issues—including carpet stains, curtains and sink scratches—that were all clearly documented on our move-in inventory. Christina even deliberately went back on verbal agreements she made on-site regarding these charges on painting. She even tried to blame us for pre-existing moth infestation on carpets and other issues during our stay which was documented on our checkin report.<br><br>Fortunately, we kept meticulous records and took them to the official Tenancy Deposit Scheme dispute service, where we won our dispute and forced the return of a major portion of our deposit. They prey on tenants who don't know their rights. Protect your money and peace of mind, and rent elsewhere.

He was aware of our needs, there was no pressuring tactics like you might see in other letting agencies. Callum was empathetic to our needs and understanding of our timings and found the perfect place for our family. Would highly recommend!

Friendly, approachable and genuinely invested in helping us, they made the whole experience feel personal from start to finish.<br><br>We really appreciated their clear communication, attention to detail and willingness to take the time to answer our questions. Katie did an outstanding job from start to finish and was a pleasure to work with. All of my interactions the team have been amazing. Very supportive, pay attention to detail and, previously, found us fantastic tenants for rental properties and located superb potential purchases. Great job all.

I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

A special mention to Jasmine who looked after us so well from viewings all the way through to completion. Her team were always on hand and happy to help too. We could not recommend them more! Always happy to answer questions and chase all parties to push everything along.
