Our agent Mr Amit Joshi was very personable and knew a lot about the clients in our area. He explained the process clearly and was true to his word about what we should expect. They did a brilliant job selling our house and made the whole process really easy from start to finish.<br><br>Always quick to get back to us, kept us updated and were just really friendly and easy to deal with throughout. All they suggest is to keep lowering the price ! No communication unless prompted. Emails ignored. Do not go with this company if you want a streamline service.

Took my business elsewhere and Riva lily responded same day!! Definitely not the experience I was expecting from Hampsons

From the initial contact we found GianFranco to be efficient, professional, proactive and thoroughly pleasant. He sold our property on the day of the first set of viewings and kept us informed all the way up to completion. I could not have scripted a more stress free experience myself. There should be a five star plus rating to do justice to excellence like GianFanco’s. Thank you on behalf of our family.

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
