They made the whole process feel simple and stress-free from start to finish. Amy helped give us advice on how to make the house presentable for a sale and checking for damp. That was really appreciated as I was not able to have contacts in the area for support with these things. Communication was straightforward and all were pleasant and helpful throughout.

David, Emma and the team were very professional, easy to get along well with, and always available to answer any questions we had throughout the whole process. The efficiency with which they liaised with other agents involved as well as conveyancers just made things run so smoothly. I would highly recommend Thorps to friends, family and anybody else who asks!

In partnership with them, we developed a pricing strategy that generated considerable interest in the property and 6 offers (all bar one of which were well above asking) after only a week on the market. Since going to SSTC, their progress team has kept us well informed. Looking forward to their help in pushing our sale to completion.
