21st May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Fine & Country did a great job getting viewings and a proceedable offer with a house that was not without sales challenges, and also in a difficult market. Once the offer was accepted Olivia did a really essential job in smoothing things through the period towards completion. With an unusual and difficult situation arising at the last minute she was instrumental in ‘getting it done’. Thank you also to Daniel who in early Jan told me he’d get an offer by Easter and he did. Job well done. Would recommend.
20th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The valuer was very good and very positive. However, we only had one viewing in 3 months and the communication in general was very poor. No updates or telephone calls to discuss anything, it just felt like as it was a bad time to sell, they just wanted to wait for something to happen, therefore there was no point in calling. Staff very pleasant though.

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . 20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)I wanted to view a property and was asked to fill out a detailed form with references just to view a property. This goes against the Data Protection Act 2018. I don't mind if it's just about me, but when I have to give details about others just to look and I might not even like the property, I'm sorry but I disagree with this practice. No other agency does this. When I phoned just to double check this today 20/10/2026, the woman that I spoke to put the phone down on me. 26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)We recently sold my parents' home through Homemove, and the service we received from Ben Sales and Charlotte was outstanding from start to finish. Ben was fantastic throughout the process. He spent a great deal of time with my mum and dad, carefully explaining everything and making sure they understood each stage of the sale. What really stood out was the respect and patience he showed them. Unlike some other agents we met, who directed their questions to me rather than my parents, Ben always made them feel involved, listened to, and valued, building that trust was really important to my parents (and to myself) to ensure they felt as comfortable as possible in what is a stressful time. Charlotte, our Sales Progressor, was equally brilliant. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she worked tirelessly to keep things moving. She was constantly chasing updates from solicitors, other estate agents, our buyer, and all the various parties involved, keeping us informed every step of the way. Selling a property that our family has lived in for 50 years has been incredibly stressful and emotional, but Ben and Charlotte made the whole experience so much easier with their professionalism, dedication, and genuine care for their clients. We are incredibly grateful for all their hard work and would not hesitate to recommend Homemove to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on! I couldn’t have picked a better agent and words don’t do the level of service that they have provided justice…! Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.

2nd Oct 2026 (30 days ago)We decided to use Riva Lily after our daughter recommended them to us after following them on social media. Must say, everything was as they said and we were very happy with the photos and service. The group whatsapp was easy for keeping in touch and we liked the fact they handled the viewings for us. Very happy to recommend them in Loughborough.
