5th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!
1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)This diabolical company, Maria is bad with communication and was meant to send a sales memorandum the month the offer was accepted turns out she didn’t send it until January 3 months after offer was accepted Kept saying oh tenant will be out soon, or oh I’m on really good terms with the tenant… lies And don’t get me started on when you call them and the apprentice guy Thomas tells you Maria will call back and then yeah 3 weeks later oh wait still no call… no email responses If I could give minus 5 I would! Appalling company should be closed down

From the initial meeting with Micheal we felt assured that we were being marketed at a fair value and to the right market segment. The support from Alison, Emma and Karen has been consistently professional and friendly throughout and their ongoing advice and guidance made the process reasonably straightforward. The photography and marketing materials are very professional and honest in every detail

Fantastic photography and videography and presale advice Very professional, personal service with every step relayed to us with constant contact and all questions/queries promptly answered. Felt fully supported throughout. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff with no request by us ever questioned Cannot thank these people enough From start to finish Five Star service
26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)We used Sibley Pares to conduct a survey on our commercial property, right from the start they were extremely helpful! Arranged a date, even though they were busy, they squeezed us in as it was quite urgent! Alex turned up on time and was very professional, a full report was emailed to us within 48 hours! I would also like to mention Gill who was very helpful when I asked her to change something for me, nothing was too much trouble! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needed this type of service!

If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. The video by Corinne was amazing and the property was live and on the market within hours. It sold on the first viewing for above the marketed value. Although completion took longer than anticipated Paul & Dawn kept us updated throughout the process. I cannot recommend Local Agent enough. Denise and Ken

Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Selling a property is rarely a straightforward process, and ours proved to be a true roller coaster with unexpected twists and turns. However, no matter how turbulent the situation, Mark always had a steady hand on the tiller. His professional guidance, calm demeanor, and industry knowledge kept our sale on track when things got complicated. Mark’s ability to navigate the complexities of the market while keeping us informed and reassured was second to none. He doesn't just "list" properties; he manages the entire process with a platinum level of dedication. 20th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
