From start to finish, the entire process was handled with the utmost professionalism, efficiency, and care. The team at Lanes went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, whether it was providing regular updates, answering my endless questions, or offering expert advice at key stages. Their local knowledge of Enfield Town is second to none, and it was clear they genuinely cared about finding the best outcome for me. What really stood out was their attention to detail and personal touch. They made me feel like a valued client rather than just another transaction. Communication was always prompt and clear, and they were incredibly proactive in resolving any issues that arose. 10th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Our experience with HomeLink has been extremely negative.<br><br>We returned the keys on 14 May 2026 and recorded a video at the time of handover as evidence. Despite this, we were later told that the keys had only been returned on 2 June 2026. We have evidence showing otherwise.<br><br>When we rented the property, we were informed by Zach that there were no damp or mould issues. However, during our tenancy we experienced significant damp, mould and moisture problems throughout the property, particularly during the winter months. My wife and child developed asthma-related health problems, and we have supporting medical evidence.<br><br>We moved out on 30 April 2026 and were preparing to move into another property. During this process, HomeLink provided a negative reference, stating that rent payments had been late. We had already informed them in writing that my salary payment date had changed and requested that the payment date be adjusted accordingly. Despite this, the issue was not resolved.<br><br>HomeLink has withheld our £2,015 deposit and has attempted to charge rent for a period when we were no longer living in the property. We have written communications showing that we informed the agency in advance about leaving the property.<br><br>We feel that we were treated unfairly throughout this process. We have retained emails, messages, video recordings and other evidence and have started legal proceedings regarding these matters.<br><br>Potential tenants should carefully document all communications and thoroughly inspect any property for damp and mould issues before signing a tenancy agreement.

He made sure we were updated on what was happening and made everything go as smooth as possible. We’ve tried 2 other estate agents in Tottenham, this one is miles ahead of the others.

19th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)So I found Havilands to be excellent, im an efficient person and like to keep ahead of everything and they would call me up with questions/ answers or information literally as im only just thinking of them myself. They were very good for keeping you up to date with every change or new challenge to sort out ! They are deffinatly really on the ball, and I would absolutely recommend them.

Both were very friendly and able to offer fast and constructive advice. 21st Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Our family chose to instruct Cole Harding to sell our terraced house in Tottenham, having not had very much success with another agency.<br><br>Syede (co-owner) worked hard to ensure that we had as many suitable viewings as possible throughout the many months that the property was listed with his agency.<br><br>Even though the sale process wasn't always smooth sailing (these things rarely are) .. and we did experience a hiccup or two along the way, Syede encouraged us all to be patient, stating that, eventually, the right buyers would materialise (which happily they did) and from then on, everything fell into place beautifully, much to the delight of all concerned.<br><br>In hindsight, we wish that we had instructed Cole Harding from the outset.

9th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Do not waste ur time if ur black skin they will refuse u they are racist attended a viewing no one else even was there to view it the whole house was empty full of rooms and they lied and said other people got accepted only for them to send me the same viewing in a email days later for. Viewing at the same house by accident because they thought I was someone else and they was clearly desperate to get someone to rent it they did it even ask for any references or anything of what I’m entitled to nothing just jumped to conclusion straight away and ur if reading this dont waste ur time like I did complete racisim
17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
