They were happy to assist with talking to the vendor and chasing up the solicitors for information and paperwork. We will definitely be looking to work with them again as and when we decide to sell our house.
9th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)I have just brought a house through pattison lane kettering, from being shown the property with Tiana I knew I was in good hands, she was very honest about the property and didnt give us a hard sale which is very off putting from other estate agents, she gave us time to consider the property with out pressure which was so refreshing, she also did her research on the property and was so informative, she could answer all my questions on the spot. Then Jo and Sadie from the sales team where absolutely fantastic, it was a stressful chain but Jo and Sadie saved my sanity, took so much stress off me and kept on top of chasing the chain for me. They even called me when I was in the new property to check everything was OK and to wish me luck in my new home. All round fantastic service from you three ladies, I couldn't be happier and if I ever move again I will not hesitate to use pattison lane kettering. Thank you for your amazing work ladies! We absolutely love our new home and will be highly recommending yourselves to everyone.

9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)After 4 years of residency's at this property, the way you responded to any issues regarding with the property's function, was unbelievable disrespectful, insulted and totally disregarded. It took 2-3 months to fix an issue, which was required 5 minutes work.

Jamie has also been a great help with sourcing our agreement in principle and supporting us to put an offer on a property. Since then he has guided us through the process of our mortgage application as first time buyers and is extremely kind, approachable and easy to make contact with.

Sam who helped us with the purchase was amazing from start to finish and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible so we completed in just 8 weeks ????Thankyou! I am very happy I chose them as my agents as they did what my previous ones didn't and got my property sold within 2-3 months.
