Lauren managed our sale and was incredibly helpful throughout, always responsive, professional, and went the extra mile to keep us informed at every stage.<br><br>Their fees were very reasonable too, especially given the level of service we received. The biggest advantage for us was that they’re genuinely local agents with great knowledge of the area. This made a real difference when it came to advising potential buyers about the location, which definitely helped speed up the sale.<br><br>Highly recommend Carter Williams, and Lauren in particular, to anyone looking to sell their property in the area

They both delivered excellent client service and results which is what is now needed in the current rental environment. From finding tenants through to issuing documentation and changing over all of the bills they left nothing out. I would very much recommend them to other landlords.

From the very beginning, she did not clearly explain the rental process or the requirements, and she showed very little interest in presenting the property in the way a professional letting agent should.<br><br>After my friend had already paid the deposit, she was informed that she could no longer rent the property. Different reasons were given, but they did not seem to reflect the real situation. It left us with the impression that they simply did not want to offer her the property.<br><br>The lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude made this a very frustrating experience. My friend is extremely disappointed with how she was treated and would not want anyone else to go through the same experience. I cannot recommend this service based on what happened.

19th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Michal was my contact at Cunninghams and me being a first time landlord, he made it very clear how the whole process works, what I need to be aware of with the new legislations, helped me understand things that I wasn't so clear on with being a new potential landlord and overall represented Cunninghams very well. He has great balance of being professional yet personable. Very knowledgeable, polite and overall I feel he portrayed trust which is very important to any landlord of course. I would highly recommend Michal and Cunninghams to anyone looking to rent out their property

All units sold extremely well in a difficult market. We acquired the land via Woodfords in the first place and although not obligated to sell via them, the loyalty and trust we placed in them was fully justified.

I have to thank Tom for working hard before completion date. Your a star Michaela for the updates and going above and beyond to keep us on the correct path.especually when I was having a blip. Christie, what can I say from the first meeting we liked you, we walked into this bunglow and new instantly we wanted it , and you went above and beyond to help us secure it, and sold our house also ,csk tgank you your an exseptional young lady, abd i wish you every success through out your career. Completion day was stressful but you all kept us grounded. Regular updates and that phone call to say it had all gone through was lovely. 17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
31st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)We have had a very disappointing experience with this property and the managing agency. We moved in four months ago, and the property was not properly cleaned at all. From the first day, there were multiple issues, including a severely backing-up toilet and no consistent hot water. We reported these problems immediately, but they were not properly resolved. The toilet issue was even noted in the inventory, but we initially assumed it was a minor scaling problem. Within a couple of days, it became clear that it was a serious fault. At the same time, we have never had reliable hot water since moving in. After three months of ongoing issues, we informed the agency that we would escalate the matter to the relevant authorities and consider moving out legally. Instead of addressing the problem, they blamed us for “overusing” hot water, which makes no sense given that we have not even had consistent access to it. After each engineer visit, we were told that reports would be shared, yet the agency repeatedly claimed there was no issue with the system. During the most recent visit, I recorded video evidence where the engineer clearly confirmed that the system is faulty and not working properly. Despite this, the agency still emailed us stating that there is no problem. We are paying full rent while not receiving basic necessities such as proper sanitation and hot water. We have solid evidence, including videos and records of communication. Tenants should be very cautious when dealing with this agency and their associated parties, including Ashby Lowery.
