He completely understands the unique legal side of park home transactions. Communication was top-notch—he kept us fully updated while we were in Spain and the buyer was in the UK, and even checked in after completion to ensure all funds were safely received.<br>A special mention to Ellie, who is fairly new to the branch. She did a brilliant job showing the new owner around our property. With Morgan’s mentorship and guidance, she is clearly set for a very successful career ahead.<br>Outstanding service overall—we couldn't recommend Morgan and his team highly enough!

Whenever I raised a question/query he would get it sorted out and get back to me very quickly the same day. Adam was also very helpful. Thankyou Gareth, you’ve made a stressful process much easier.

As a solo first time buyer the process seemed a bit daunting but Jade was a huge help from the start with arranging viewings to keeping me updated throughout the process and ongoing checks which was reassuring and even checking in after completion. Jade was amazing and really can’t thank her enough!

Moving on from a sale that had fallen through with another agent, the team understood my time pressures and assisted promptly to arrange viewings and proceed with the offer process, helping me to present an offer and quickly resolve negotiations despite the time difference with the seller abroad. They continued with a positive and responsive attitude for the completion process, including a last minute video viewing as a last check prior to completion, and have continued to provide support after the sale as well. I'm very grateful for their hard work and recommend them thoroughly as agents.

28th Aug 2026 (30 days ago)Completed on buying a house with TWGaze last week. Everyone i dealt with was great - the agents that showed me round were always super helpful and honest. The purchase was complicated by the unfortunately poor health of the seller - Kyrena in particular was so instrumental in helping to get the sale completed and helping me to apply pressure to my solicitor, who often seemed oblivious to the urgency of the situation. So thank you Kyrena and thank you everyone at TWGaze!

6th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)After telling my parents their house was worth £75k more than they got for it and over a year without viewings, after reducing the price by above said amount they finally got a buyer. They had done nothing up until that point and still stayed relatively mute whilst the sale went through! Was not impressed at all with their customer services. Would not recommend!

9th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)I had a brilliant experience with Winkworth, they made selling our property and purchasing our new one as easy as they could. The whole team were brilliant however in particular James who assisted with selling our property ensured this was dealt with as quickly and stress free as possible and with the least inconvenience to us whilst arranging viewings. Jade who supported after an offer had been accepted until completion was very responsive and happy to answer any questions. Would definitely recommend this company.

1st Sep 2026 (26 days ago)Jade was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I think we would've lost our minds had it not been for Jade and all her support and help. We hadn't sold and bought before so it was a little daunting but Jade answered every question we had a gave us reassurance throughout the process. We would never sell with anyone else now we've had Jade. She is so different from mainstream estate agents and it's such a personal experience. Jade gave us regular updates on our sale and purchase which helped us through the process. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jade to anyone selling. What an amazing, lovely lady who clearly takes pride in her business and loves what she does.

Nicola and Joe are a couple to mention they made it feel a very personal experience and done a great job but thanks to the whole team - they made sure I was kept in the loop of everything and was supplied with solicitors information aswell. She was always on the ball, really friendly and so helpful throughout the whole process.<br>The house buying process was completely new to me and there were times when I had absolutely no idea what was going on, but Kinga was always happy to explain things and somehow managed to make me feel like I wasn’t completely clueless! She kept me in the loop, chased things when needed and was just brilliant at making what could have been a very stressful process feel a lot easier!
