They seem to forget this may be just a job for them, but for us it's our lives. Couldn't get hold of them for information, but when they needed something from you, it was a different story! Lizzy in particular did an amazing job to keep on top of things due to a protracted conveyancing process which was out of our control. Without her assistance we'd probably still not have completed, so we're very grateful to her and the team in Attleborough.

A very positive experience from Valuation made us want to go ahead with selling our house and purchasing home through Minors & Brady. Our house got an offer only after 1 week of being on the market. Team is very helpful, with every & any questions. Branch manager Nicola is always on the call with updates and to answer questions, Mattie & Chelsea were amazing with showing us properties, it felt like viewing house with friends - they made it less awkward.. He has not even once tried to do a "typical sales move" and never once have we felt that he is just processing a commission, but it is clear dealing with our future and our interests.<br><br>Lovely genuine chap, who clearly works hard with the best intentions for us.
