16th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)I received the most appalling treatment by the man who was answering my calls to try and arrange a viewing one of this agency's rental properties.<br>For over the course of more than a week, I had to chase them repeatedly because I wasn't receiving any updates. One member of staff had previously told me the delay was because they were unable to reach the current tenant. However, when this man answered my calls, I was given a completely different explanation.<br><br>The most concerning part was the way I was spoken to. I had previously asked a simple question to ask about what the neighbours were like, which is a perfectly reasonable question when considering where to live. Instead of answering professionally or simply saying they couldn't comment, he sighed, even raised his voice, and told me it's an 'unusual request'. He also repeatedly mentioned a 'difficult neighbour' in the building, despite the fact this had nothing to do with the viewing as he was not living adjacent to the flat I was enquiring about, it was also unrelated to the questions I was asking.<br><br>Throughout the conversation I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing him to simply arrange a viewing. Other agencies have been professional and tried to help me, instead I received total disrespect and was shouted at over the phone. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and 0 respect towards customers. It's no wonder there are so many 1 star reviews saying how rude they are. Avoid.

20th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)What can you say in a comparison study? No one sells a house regularly, and without some regrets. None of us feels that they’ve achieved what the house was worth to us. But Milsom was transparent in their dealings, reported quickly on the viewings, were responsive to information requests, and clearly knew their market. They were professional!
11th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)From the beginning I was contacted along the way to inform me of how things were going , the valuation I thought was low so requested a price for selling be slightly higher , this would also allow for people that offer below price .
16th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)We cannot recommend Hamptons at Henley-on-Thames highly enough. Ben Baker was excellent from first meeting through to eventual Completion - polite, reliable and efficient, as also were Ceri and his support team. Moving after 34 years was always going to be challenging, but Hamptons made the whole process much easier for us. We are glad we chose them.

She was always available at whatever time (frequent 10pm email conversations!) and even when she was abroad for a few days when we completed. We had a very complicated purchase during which Sara communicated with solicitors, other estate agents, vendors living abroad, and our purchasers to make everything happen with a great deal of tact and common sense. Our purchase and sale would not have happened without her.

We are first time buyers and we fell in love with a home in the area, of which Izzy was showing and from the get go she was brilliant. She made the process feel so easy and has been so attentive throughout. We had a really smooth experience overall and Izzy definitely helped keep us calm, answered all our questions (however silly they were), always kept us updated with the movements of the sale as well as being a really pleasant person to work with. Highly recommend!

We love our new home but if we do sell in the future we would use this estate agents. Thank you!

1st May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Whiteknights failed to progress the sale of our property up until the last minute when it collapsed due to them not checking a basic fact such as the buyers giving their two-month notice to their landlord. The buyers pulled out on account of having to pay £887 extra on a half a million pound purchase to meet a completion date the whole chain had agreed to extend at the buyers request. Whiteknights did not check they had served their notice on time to meet the completion date, did not inform us they hadn't, they just informed us last minute when the sale ultimately collapsed. We're left to remarket the house now after 6 months in this process and to continue incurring costs, as well as breaking two separate chains. Still stunned by how utterly appalling Whiteknights have been.
