The whole team, with a particularly HUGE shoutout to Amy and Lee, are brilliant! Always quick to offer advice and assistance with anything we needed. Having worked with our fair share of different agents over the years, these guys are head and shoulders above the rest and we cannot recommend them enough!
10th May 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

For the discerning buyer/seller - I would have no hesitation whatsoever in using Batcheller Monkhouse. ??????

They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

After a disappointing experience with another estate agent who struggled to generate viewings, we brought Jake in to market our property. The difference was noticeable straight away. He and Aiden consistently arranged qualified viewings and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Once a sale was agreed, Jake and Aiden continued to work incredibly hard behind the scenes, liaising with what was at times a challenging set of buyers and helping to keep the transaction moving forward. Their communication, professionalism and persistence were invaluable in getting the sale over the line. Jake is proactive, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients. It was a pleasure working with him and the wider team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

They always were available to answer any phone calls, especially most recently to help with solicitor related issues that kept delaying us. I really appreciate their patience and support with helping us get to completion. Also wanted to note that they were very kind and understanding when I took the flat of the market for a while due to personal reasons. I was more than happy to relist with them and they got me the right buyer the second time around. I would recommend them to anyone in the area, honestly a pleasure to deal with. Having purchased from them myself 8 years before, Julian and the team were just how I remember them. Very genuine people who work to support both their buyers and sellers. 7th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.
13th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)We recently sold and bought through White and Son’s Reigate and were very happy with their service. All the team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was always an update email or call about viewings and we were kept in the loop the whole time. The process was made easy and we would definitely use them again if we ever move!

2nd Jun 2026 (18 days ago)I was highly recommended by a close freind of mine of a newly sited independent estate agency in the heart of South Croydon for the sale of our properties. I cannot express enough to anyone in using Marriot Vernon without a doubt. The expertise, knowledge guidance and the transparency. The beginning to the end is a complete story of helping in any avenue of assurance and comfort. There is no hidden, minute clauses, charges, percentages and tied into wrangles of advertisement of a sale in there contracts or promises which other agents do. This is a an agency what they say they do the end. They are open to competitors and I know fully well they command a prestigious elevated position, which one is drawn too. Anyone out there thinking of selling it is a home to a home, team effort and work ethos. Within 2 weeks of advertisement of the sale of our property I had an offer right through completion that's a result! Straight forward and no hidden agendas. Try them you wont be disappointed I am glad I did so thanks to my freinds recommendation and now I am highly recommending you.
