17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
3rd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Excellent estate agent.<br><br>They have recently sold my house in Shirley Park and I also brought my new home in Old Coulsdon. I can not fault them. I was lucky to find a buyer very quickly but as usual the buying process was slow, but all the way through Craig would regularly check in with me on both the purchase and sale.<br><br>I found everybody that worked there to be first class and very helpful.<br><br>I would definitely recommend them.<br><br>Thanks Craig and Lee, looking forward to having you back for a valuation once I’ve done all my planned works
15th Jul 2026 (21 days ago)We entrusted Edward (Ed) Sargeant of Batcheller Monkhouse to sell a vacant property which was subject to an AOC (agricultural occupancy condition) - not straight forward. From initial instructions through to completion Ed handled the transaction with true professionalism; I would strongly recommend Ed/Batcheller Monkhouse as a solid and trustworthy agent.
10th May 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

21st Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Thank you to Stacey & Steve for getting us sold and moved and getting us any hurdles along the way:) We tried another local agent for a few months, however, we found WPR's photography and pricing much more likely to get us sold. They are always a phone call or email away to answer any questions and super friendly to deal with. Thanks again to you both.

17th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)Communication was good but sometimes I didn't hear anything after viewings and had to push for feedback or check ins. I also had to pay to exit the contract unlike with other local agents after my houses didn't sell.

7th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.

Not only that, they achieved a strong price by getting several interested buyers. Throughout the sale they both provided an excellent service, keeping us updated and they made the process smooth and seamless.
