While we didn’t end up purchasing from them, they were excellent during our viewing process and were extremely communicative and prompt. Alan even went out of his way while he was on holiday to organise a viewing for us and to answer any questions we may have had. We’re super grateful for that. His relationship with his sellers is more like good friends than clients and it shows that he really cares for the person on the other side. We highly recommend him and his team and hope to work with him again in the future.

14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)I handled the sale of my son in law's (lives abroad) flat through Hunters in Catford. Richard, the manager valued the property and advised us on the approach to take in view of the current market conditions. A couple of viewings took place and eventually one of the prospective purchaser's made an offer and after some negotiation Richard managed to get us the best deal possible under the circumstances. After accepting the offer, Brenda Erskine-Sam the Sales Support Manager took over the case and did a brilliant job in getting the transaction over the line. The staff at Hunters were very helpful throughout a rather difficult transaction. A big thank you to Richard, Brenda and the team.
17th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)If I could give zero starts I would. We have moved out over a month ago yet still have not gotten our deposit back. Our agent Anna tried charging us 300 quid for a professional clean which the flat did not have before we moved in and when we disputed it via email and asked for proof she has not responded in over 2 weeks. She has only responded yesterday to say that she is not going to charge us but found other things to complain about with no photographic evidence nor check out report. Despite telling her that we would like this to be disputed with the deposit protection scheme she still has not gotten in contact with them, or us, so we still can’t access even the undisputed portion of the deposit.<br><br>Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone over the phone as well.

10th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Fantastic letting agency, specialising in very special homes along the river - really great service from beginning to end with Leanna, going above and beyond over the Christmas break (despite the agency being closed!) to help us get through the referencing process and get moved in within a couple of weeks. Thank you so much, highly recommended (and I’ve met with a lot of lettings agents and had some very mixed experiences so that doesn’t come lightly!).

Their communication is excellent - emails with feedback from every viewing, regular video calls with the excellent Foivos (who is great and worked really hard), and super-fast WhatsApp group to all relevant staff. One of the big reasons we went with A&M was that Matteo talked about them having Cara, a member of staff who helped keep the transaction moving after they were negotiated by the sales agent. Cara is absolutely invaluable - she saved my sanity when bumps naturally arose in the process. It was so useful having Cara there, to raise issues that may take much longer to surface via solicitors. Alex & Matteo were definitely the right choice for us - down to earth, and felt wholly different than any other estate agents I've encountered.
5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.<br><br>It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.<br><br>He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.<br><br>There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you so much for helping us finally get the keys to our first home!

26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I had an excellent experience with Hopcroft Property Experts. The team were incredibly attentive, responsible and professional throughout the whole sale/purchase process. From the initial viewing all the way to completion, everything was wrapped up in under two months, and I was able to move in exactly within my desired timescale. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
