Dodgy practices and unscrupulous agents. Do check their rating on Trust Pilot (Surprise! a lot more negative). This Branch is no different from the others I used before. Most of the positive reviews here are from landlords yet if you are renters you will be snookered.... Read more

Frankly James were welcoming at the beginning of our tenancy but this is where their professionalism ends. Once they get you to sign a tenancy agreement, it’s better if you don’t ask any questions but keep paying (high) rent. They will hold your deposit which means that they have leverage and will use it to squeeze every penny. Please avoid this letting agent at all cost!... Read more

Initial experience is great and very professional but our experience at the end of tenancy was terrible. We were charged around £400 for damages for stuff which was by previous tenants and while some of it was mentioned in the check in report, some of the stuff was never mentioned. Our fault we didn't look in to too much detail in check in report as we had an understanding with the staff at knight Frank maintenance but she left and the new staff Heather didn't budge. She didn't bother comparing check in and check out reports and we had to eventually pay as we didn't want to get in to the hassle. The amounts they charge are over priced, for instance key replacement for the window was charged at £75. Our rent refund calculations were not accounted for and after several polite reminders they looked in to it.... Read more

Awful service. Delinquent lazy joking staff who obviously don't care about anything but money and their commission. Absolutely avoid in every case. Not only are they impossible to reach and actively discourage contact, but they also aren't helpful when you do manage to talk to them. The staff seem to know nothing and really do not care about their customers. While setting up your contract and doing the initial paperwork they will act in an extremely unprofessional manner and will forget/lose important documents. In our experience this led to calls from them days before our move in date (and following all clears from themselves and the landlords) saying that they had forgotten important parts of the process and that the deal would fall through unless we could provide them with bank details (that had already been provided). At the end of the tenancy they removed money from our deposit without a logical explanation and it took months of emailing to get a reply from them,, and they also would not agree to meet in person or talk things out over the phone. They'll happily take your money in any way they can. Genuinely one of the worst experiences I've had with any company ever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... Read more

Although we did not end up renting through Morgan Randall, our experience with them was outstanding. We dealt with Hollie for the majority of our time working with Morgan Randall and she was nothing but helpful even reaching out to us to congratulate us after finding a property to rent with another estate agency. Hollie was friendly and accommodating and felt more like a friend than an estate agent. I will definitely be looking to work with Hollie in the future when renting.... Read more

By far the worst customer service that I’ve ever come across. We have lived in the property for almost 2 weeks now and still have not received the correct keys. They gave us one of keys and told us we had to get more cut because we moved in late! What is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! After complaining there eventually gave us another set but then the lobby key did not work! I was informed by the landlord that she had told them that they had to get the lobby key done by a specialist key cutter, they obviously didn’t listen to a word of that. We currently still do not have keys when I messaged them about it, I was told I had to return the keys because they were a lot of money! You can understand why it’s the worst customer service I have ever come across. They did not apologise for giving us the wrong set of keys they have not said that they are going to get more cut even though it is in the contract. The complete absurdity of this whole situation irritates the hell out of me! That I can’t even get into the property that I’m paying for. But there is more! When we moved into the property of the hot water wasn’t working! It is still not working we have to get a new boiler! They said they checked it a couple days before we move in but the way the company is managed I very much doubt they did. We also have problems with the furniture that is unusable! The table in the living room is completely wonky the chairs scrape against the wooden floor, so at the minute I’m eating my dinner on the sofa. Until my order comes through on Amazon because God knows they are not going to get any new ones. Our double bed in our room has got wheels so every time we get on it I feel like I’m dancing on ice! The shower head is completely screwed! The doors to balcony do not open! I could probably go on for days! Yeah so a long story short you are probably best off not using this company. Save yourself the stress and knew someone else I wish I did.... Read more

During a difficult sale of a rental property they went above & beyond to ensure the sale has stayed on track & the communication has been second to none. I do not live in the area so remotely they have handled absolutely everything & taken excellent care of the existing tenants.
