Beth was the only estate agent who was realistic on price from the outset (all of the other estate agents I spoke to exaggerated the price so I would pick them to sell the property). Beth (along with her colleagues) managed to get the property sold very quickly and was extremely responsive and proactive while the property was being sold and during the lawyer process to formalise the sale. She is also a delight to work with. I would highly recommend Acorn group over other estate agents!

She was easy to communicate with — always quick to respond and kept us in the loop without us ever having to chase. What I really appreciated was that the interaction felt caring. The properties we were shown were tailored to us and we got tips and help on our offers. Just a really kind, helpful person who made the whole process so much less stressful. We also had the pleasure of interacting with Isabella at our viewing and offer call, who was similarly kind and helpful! Would absolutely recommend!

4th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)has been abit of a rollercoaster with trying to get the sale moving and underway,but thanks to matteo and Alex neil, everything went according to plan. Matteo has been a great help, very responsive to emails and calls and even managed to assist with last minute emergencies which the buyer placed upon us in the last minute/days, but chaos was averted, thanks to matteo, professional, efficient and reliable. From the initial valuation through marketing our property to exchanging contracts, he was knowledgeable and professional - providing what always felt like genuine advice based on his experience of the market. He always replies to calls and emails and was really helpful in the final stages of the sale, liaising between solicitors and getting us over the line. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and to recommend his services to others.

Lui was fantastic to work with during our rental search in London. He was very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process much easier than we expected. He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. Highly recommend Lui if you’re looking for a rental in London.

3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)Chris and the team worked really hard to ensure that our flat was sold - even when we lost our first buyer and had to find a second very quickly to be able to purchase our desired second home. We spoke to one of the team almost daily at points and they were always professional, flexible and accommodating. There was a point where we were being asked for more money to incentivise our seller to still sell to us - which we did not do and don't believe that anyone should have to - but that was the only negative in what was otherwise a successful process. Kallars were the cheapest option we looked at and the team were great.

He took the time to explain every single stage in great detail and patiently answered all of my questions. Joseph was super responsive and always available whenever I needed reassurance or clarity. I was kept up to date throughout the entire application with regular check-ins, making the whole experience feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. Joseph was so positive throughout the process and shows genuine care for supporting his customers through the process. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone, especially fellow first-time buyers!

17th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a very disappointing experience with Chestertons while securing a rental property. At the beginning, the process seemed smooth. However, as the move-in date approached, communication became extremely poor. We had to make multiple calls just to reach the manager the day before our scheduled move. Only later that evening were we informed that the property would not be ready for move-in the next day. This caused significant inconvenience, including rescheduling movers and packers, rearranging plans, and taking additional leave from work. We were then advised of a new move-in date two days later, which we accommodated. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the property was still not ready, and the move had to be delayed once again by another day. Throughout the process, various excuses were given, including staffing shortages and issues involving the landlord. We did not want to get involved in determining whose fault it was, but these repeated explanations only further reflected the lack of professionalism and poor management. Overall, it was very stressful and disappointing experience.

Quick response and very helpful not just during sale, most important after sale as well, which takes a lot of the anxiety off when dealing with property. Would definitely go with her or recommend her service with others

These fees have been illegal since the Tenant Fees Act 2019. You are not obligated to pay this fee and you can report agents to the regulatory authorities.
