28th May 2026 (28 days ago)Winkworth Estate Agent in Cheam is a very competent and professional company. Shaun Amner, the Director, and his team acted as my agent for the sale of my family home. They were also the agent for the vendor of the property I wished to purchase. Everything was done accurately and to speed (which was an important demand made by both my buyer and seller). Any questions I had during the conveyancing process were answered quickly and precisely. The team had my full trust and confidence when acting for me. Every individual I dealt with at the office was courteous, knowledgable and always up to speed with the situation on both my sale and purchase at all times, which made for an excellent client experience knowing that I had a cohesive and effective team working for me. If I were asked how Winkworth could improve based on my experience, I would have to say, "It's impossible to improve on perfection!" Well done, Amner, Georgie, Kirstie, Jane and Evie; and thank you all for the part you played, particularly in delivering my aspiration of buying the dream property I did.

We are literally trying to get flats on rent, and everytime we equire about any flats from posted- The answer is ohh its not available. Your staff at worcester park judged us when we visited them. Today also we saw one board and contacted your team and its gone, when i asked where you have posted, they said in different website but reality it was never posted. We are going to complaint about how your staff being biased towards us

Both were so friendly and accommodating through the process, and my husband and I genuinely appreciate their efforts and expertise. It made an otherwise stressful undertaking that much less daunting, and we won't forget their kindness.
5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

2nd Jun 2026 (23 days ago)We had a brilliant experience working with Jake Gallard and the team at Connells in Horley. After a disappointing experience with another estate agent who struggled to generate viewings, we brought Jake in to market our property. The difference was noticeable straight away. He and Aiden consistently arranged qualified viewings and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Once a sale was agreed, Jake and Aiden continued to work incredibly hard behind the scenes, liaising with what was at times a challenging set of buyers and helping to keep the transaction moving forward. Their communication, professionalism and persistence were invaluable in getting the sale over the line. Jake is proactive, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome for his clients. It was a pleasure working with him and the wider team, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
23rd May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Avoid. They raised my rent by 25% and never acted on maintenance issues i would raise. Typical slum estate agents, dingy flats and dodgy fees.

We had a few people value the property, and Steve won us over instantly - no hard sales pitch, just a realistic and personable approach to finding the right buyer for our property. He was communicative, prompt with responses and just generally lovely to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him!

From the initial valuation right through to completion, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and completely dedicated to getting the best result. What impressed me most was their communication. I was kept updated every step of the way, and they proactively managed the legal chain to ensure everything stayed on track and stress-free. If you are looking to sell your property in the area, do not hesitate to use them—they are exceptional!

24th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Kenyons in Carshalton is honestly the worst estate agent I have had to deal with. Having worked in estate agents for 4 years I believe that the treatment of an applicant vs a landlord is paramount and shows the true culture of the business. Being an applicant in a situation that was a little different then the norm ie we know the owner of the flat and it’s about to come on the market and we really wanted to rent it and had spoken to the owner, I popped in to chat to someone when in the shop and after explaining the situation and leaving my details I can only describe the feeling I got which was one being cut short and dismissed, then after that I called them and asked them about the flat as it was supposed to be on the market on a certain date and I had not seen is however when I called I experienced the same level of dismissal. People get into agency to work with people so if you treating people that way is shocking. How can you trust that they are finding the best people for your property with treatment like that. If I had been a landlord looking to rent my property the treatment of me would have been completely different because they would be making money off of me. Just bad business

They are honest and approachable with excellent communication to back up, most importantly get the job done, completed a chain process.. Strongly recommended if you are looking to sale a house, and you mean it!!
