28th Aug 2026 (8 weeks ago)The team at Greenfield’s especially Matt was a huge help in selling my mothers retirement flat. It was a long process, but Matt was always confident, positive and never gave up. Understanding my position giving honest guidance through a tough time in the property market
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Terrible customer service
8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Ours was a difficult sale taking four Months in a difficult market. All the Christie’s staff were professional and smart. And succeeded for the price agreed. We were very impressed
13th Jan 2023 (3 years ago)I just want to say an amazing thank you to Malek Chaouachi, her professionalism was outstanding and knowledge was second to none on the properties my girlfriend and I viewed. Very helpful and polite throughout our journey with great customer service.
21st Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Shout-out to Alex and Joe! Thank you both for your help and support in helping me secure a one-bedroom flat in such a short time. I'm so grateful!
3rd Oct 2026 (22 days ago)Thank you to the whole team for all your help and support throughout my property transaction. I really appreciated your professionalism and the care you took in coordinating everything. Moving home can be stressful, and your assistance made the process much easier. I’m very grateful for your hard work and would happily recommend your firm.
18th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very helpful and very easy to contact via email and phone. One of the better estate agents for communication I’ve dealt with in a very long time and they have been very thorough and supportive.
1st Oct 2026 (24 days ago)We had a great experience renting through Connor Prince. Debbie Cole was our main point of contact throughout the entire process, from the first enquiry right through to moving in. She was always responsive, genuinely listened to our concerns and requests, and was happy to answer any questions we had. Her support made the whole renting and move-in process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Debbie, for all your help!
19th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)I was looking for a property to buy recently, a property was available for sale from Cromwells in carshalton Beeches with RightMove. I Booked an appointment to view this house, I was lucky to be shown the house by a lady called Lesley Daniel. She was professional with her team all the way through my property purchase.

I highly recommend her to anyone would like to purchase a property from Cromwells in Carshalton Beeches. She deserves a five star rating.- 30th Sep 2026 (25 days ago)Having had the odd trouble with letting agents in the past, Centro has been nothing short of exceptional. In particular, Liam’s support, all the way from the initial viewing, to moving in has been stellar. We did not experience a single headache, and I attribute that largely to his attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile.
5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!
3rd Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We have used Bryan and Keegan to buy our first house, and now to sell it. Amazing experience all round - they were responsive, effective, and supportive. Couldn't have asked for more!
12th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)This outfit appears to operate a voicemail only service. I must have phoned 20 times and no one answers. Very frustrating.
13th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Second bad experience letting my property through them after Andrews estate agent.
Over valuated ended 4 weeks in the market with no interest, viewers complains (we noticed it after giving it to another agent as they came for a second viewing)
Very disappointing!!!
I don't really understand what the estate agents think about landlords very rich ?????? ?????? so bad
13th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)Acceptable experience
26th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Called every day for a week to get tree branches removed from my garden (they took down two trees on their property next door), despite daily promises the big branches are still there a week after the trees came down.
** It's my landlord who is most annoyed, I'm just frustrated that I have not been kept in the loop/given updates. I was assured it would be done on Friday... A call to apologise and tell me the plans going forward would have been appreciated ??????
12th Oct 2022 (4 years ago)This review is purely pertaining to Nicola . She went out of her way to assist my son on a Sunday by giving up her time to come in person and help resolve the issue. very grateful to her.
31st Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Steve is absolutely amazing! He provided such a lovely and personal service. We had a few people value the property, and Steve won us over instantly - no hard sales pitch, just a realistic and personable approach to finding the right buyer for our property. He was communicative, prompt with responses and just generally lovely to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him!
7th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)An exceptional experience with 100 Keys Properties from start to finish! Andrea and Lorainne were outstanding throughout the sale of our flat, consistently going above and beyond. Communication was always prompt, calls were reliably returned, and they were wonderfully cooperative and flexible.

Their professionalism, care and dedication made all the difference. It has been an absolute pleasure working with them, and 100 Keys Properties is without doubt the best estate agency we have ever worked with. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

16th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Rob has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. The photos and video were brilliant and really showcased our property beautifully. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
28th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)During my short time of knowing Khush I find her to be reliable, informative and always aim to meet her golds.
Richard Videlingum
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Since we moved to Wallington with the help of Kenyons, the service has been excellent throughout our 8 years there. They were always responsive and listened carefully to our needs, patiently answering any questions or clarifications. During the early days of lockdown in 2020, I had a problem with the heating and wrote an email. Mark called me a couple of times over the weekend to reassure me everything would be sorted, and he followed up once it was fixed. When we came to the end of our tenancy after 8 years, the process was smoother than I could have hoped for. Kenyons kept us updated throughout and made sure the deposit was repaid on time. I'd recommend Kenyons for their professional service in the lettings industry, and I'm grateful to the whole team.
29th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)Today is completion day on the second house we have sold within a year using Dean and Dierdre! When it was time to manage my father's estate and sell the family home I absolutely knew I needed to ring Dean and ask him to manage the sale for us. Dean, as always was honest, responsive, patient (!) and professional throughout the process. Dierdre is an amazing communicator, link person to all parties, and as a team they are simply the best!

The family thought the sale would be a challenge in the current selling climate but as always Dean and Dierdre rose to this and proved us wrong. Their skill in matching the property to the buyer cannot be understated and they make it look so easy. It is a quality that they possess that many other agents do not. They take a personal interest in the vendor and purchaser and are always available, day or night to provide their professional advice and guidance.

If you are looking to sell or buy a home - choose Ewe Move, you will be very glad you did!
8th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Good experience renting our apartment, everything went smoothly without any problems. Marcos was super helpful and always happy to answer our questions. Would definitely recommend!
