Good communication all the way through and explained each step of the process clearly. Dan was quick to chase up others in the chain and ensure he always knew what the latest information was to keep us in the loop. Thoroughly recommend if you're after a personal touch for selling/buying from someone who knows what they're doing and will keep in touch with you throughout.
9th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout. Would highly recommend. Sincere thanks from both of us.

They provided excellent communication, made everything straightforward, and were always happy to answer any questions. Their dedication to customer service and attention to detail really stood out. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agency. Five stars!

17th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a property through Savills that should have been a smooth process based on a small chain however for various reasons outside our or the buyers control it was far from it. Hayley was an angel and acted to keep our sellers calm and ensured we finally reached a completion date. Would absolutely return to Savills if we are brave enough to move again in the future!

They became more like friends. We are sorry to have had to leave them. Keep u the good work ????????????????????????

Special mentions to Lucy, Cheryl and Helen who were all superb, actively keeping me in the loop and chasing everything possible to get my sale through with ease, in what hasn't been the easiest market. I would recommend Manns and Manns to anyone looking to take a property to market.

We particularly liked that all staff knew our property well, enabling them to deal with enquiries confidently, and we always received prompt feedback following viewings.<br><br>Having experienced another estate agent during our purchase, we came to appreciate even more the service Brambles provided. Their communication, professionalism and genuine personal approach was outstanding. They treated us as individuals and not just another sale, which was very different to our experience with the estate agent handling our purchase.

They have supported and helped me over the last 18 months, always keeping me updated, answering any questions I had and making what has been a long journey as straightforward as possible.<br><br>Their communication, professionalism and personal approach have been excellent from start to finish, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything they’ve done to help me finally get to this point.<br><br>A massive thank you to Darren, Chris and everyone at Hayward Fox. From start to finish, she has been absolutely incredible.<br><br>My sale fell through twice due to issues further down the chain with my buyer's buyer, and just when we thought we were finally there, the solicitor made the whole process even more stressful. Throughout every setback, Vicky was a constant source of reassurance. Her communication was outstanding—I was always kept up to date, she was proactive, and she was always available to answer my questions.<br><br>Not only is she incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she's also genuinely friendly, approachable and personable. You never feel like just another client—she truly cares and goes above and beyond to make what is a very stressful process as smooth as possible.<br><br>Without Vicky's determination, patience and support, I honestly don't think I would have made it through this journey with my sanity intact!
